"Yes yes Dad, I've had breakfast and I've made my bed, you've continuously been asking me the same question over the phone for the past year now!" I exclaim.
"Well sorry if I'm just worried about my daughter, whom I love so very much" Dad says in a posh accent.
"Dad you're so weird, it's unbelievable" I plaster on a fake smile.
"Where's Tyler?" He asks.
"Um, I'm not sure, he should be here somewhere, he goes out quite a lot" I say, my smile fading away from my face.
"Are you two arguing or something?" Dad asks curiously.
"No of course not, he's gone to run an errand for me, he's still committing to the promise he made you last year".
"Okay okay, I trust you enough to believe that you're not lying to me".
"You're the best dad" I say smiling again, yep you guessed it, fakely.
"I always knew it" Dad says in a cocky tone.
"Right dad I need to go now, I still have an essay that needs finishing, bye love you" Isay hastily and I cut the phone.
"Why did you cut the call like that?" Hannah asks. Hannah is my bestest friend ever! I know bestest isn't an actual word but when it comes to Hannah, I'll think of words that are not even in the dictionary, just to describe her! She is just an absolute gem, I love her to bits!
She is sexy, not being biased of course! She has a really nice figure, with long blackish brown hair, with two faint dimples and A SEXY ASS SELENA GOMEZ NOSE. Hannah is also hands down the funniest person I've ever met! We are the biggest idiots ever who can just erupt into tears of laughter just by looking at each other's face'... Well we used to.
We've been friends for as long as I can possibly remember, we've always been together up until high school. At first she said she was going to a different college, so we wouldn't be together and then two months after I got settled into this college, Eastview College, she knocked on my dorm door on a Sunday morning and gave the exciting news that she will be studying here!
The one thing that is super annoying is that because Hannah came later on in the year, we couldn't be together as myself and Tyler had already become roommates (Yes boys and girls are allowed to stay with each other, that's if they wish to), which is okay... Well that's what I tell myself.
"I-I just didn't want to anymore, Han," I pause. "It's not easy lying to his face" I sulk.
"You know you're going to have to tell him and everyone sooner or later, Hun?" Hannah likes to call me "Hun", sometimes when she's in an extra weird mood, which is most of the time, she calls me "Hun Bun". Weird I know! But let's be honest, we need a Hannah in our lives.
"I choose later Hannah" I say firmly.
"You know I would if I could right?"
"I do know" Hannah gives me one of those Miley and Lilly hugs, the bestie hugs if we're going to say it the boring way.
