Inquiry is the response to Entry #43.
Its description is "maɪnəs sɛntrɔɪd", the phonetic transcription of the words "minus centroid"; "sɛntrɔɪd" part also looks a great deal like the word "pictures" flipped down and scrambled.
At the beginning appears "LOOK AT YOU" on the screen.
Then there is a whited-out head followed by a brain with an arrow on it, this could indicate:
1)a person being wiped of their memories, wiped of their "selves" as implied by the repetition of "Who are you?" "You are who you are"; or
2)the arrow pointing to the brain may be indicating the parietal lobe of the brain, which governs "sensory input, language, mathematics and spatial relations", or may be indicating the Wernicke's area, which spans the region between temporal and parietal lobes. It plays a key role in speech comprehension. Maybe he's insulting Jay's ability to understand him?
Then it's written "YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE", "BUT WHO ARE YOU" and "WHO ARE YOU".
It ends with heavily distorted pictures of Tim, Alex and Jay.
Also, the final six seconds contain a spectrogram message: "DO I HELP OR DO I KILL", probably ToTheArk wondering if he/they should help Jay in his research or should kill him.
