Ingredients: Pitta pizza
1 small pitta bread
1-2 teaspoons low salt tomato paste
1 sliced mushroom
¼ capsicum, sliced rings
50g canned pineapple pieces
¼ cup low fat grated mozzarella
Herbs (Thyme, rosemary etc…)
Smoothie:
150mL milk
1 egg (Optional)
Fruit of choice
1 tablespoon of sugar or honey (Optional)

Blender

Steps: Pitta pizza
Step 1: Chop toppings for pizza.
Step 2: Spread tomato paste on a pitta bread.
Step 3: Arrange toppings, sprinkle with herbs.
Step 4: Place under a hot grill until cheese melts and pizza is warmed.
Smoothie:
Step 1: Roughly chop fruit and place in blender.
Step 2: Add milk, egg and sweetener.
Step 3: Process until smooth.
