½ punnet mustard and cress
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper

Step 1: Boil the eggs in a saucepan then mash them in a bowl. Add the mustard and cress, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
