Chapter 3

"Oww."

"You tumbling back." Miles says with goofy smile

Rubbing my knee has I stood up "you didn't leave."

"Well Aiden is in the kitchen and don't feel like dying. So I quickly came back outside." He says throwing his ice pack behind him and standing up to face me.

With Miles standing so close I felt like I shrunk a couple of inches. "H-how tall are you." I blurted out because of the nervousness

He chuckles and smiles "5'10 of sexiness."

"Yeah right." I snort

"That was a real cute snort Woods." He looks down at me with is dark blue eyes. He closes the gap and leans down to kiss me. I didn't immediately react but when i did he slides his hands down to hips and pulls me closer. He makes a noise at the back of his throat. It makes me realize what I am doing and I immediately jump back.

"Sorry but I can't." I wiggle out of his grasp and run back in the house trying to push past people.

Everything stops I feel like someone is pounding on my chest thats why I can't breathe and my vision goes blurry. I start to sink to the ground.

"Hey Kendall are you okay."

"Panic attack." I wheeze out

Before i knew it i was being pick up and who ever was carrying me brought me to a bedroom he set me down on the bed and shut the door behind us.

"Hey Kendall, baby you need to control your breathing. Go to a happy place think of your happiness memory."

After a few minutes my breathing slows down and I look up to see Aiden's green eyes looking straight at me with concern.

"Are you okay Kendall."

I sigh loudly trying to catch my breath "yeah I-I am o-okay." Aiden takes his thumb and rubs it across my cheek until I stop breathing hard.

"Sorry you are missing the party."

"Don't worry I am just glad I didn't leave yet."

"Right. You and that Abbey chick right?"

"
He started laughing and god his laugh was beautiful. " No me and Abbey are in the past."

"O sorry... I feel like i am going to throw up." I groan has i try to stand.

"Come here." Aiden puts his arm out and i collapse in them. I put my face in his chest has I cling to his waist. I keep getting distracted by the smell of his body wash and cologne. I hum in appreciation because he smells so good. I continue to lay in his lap eventually falling asleep.

When i woke up i was in a car with faint music playing. "Buttercup, you are awake."

I sit up in the seat and stare blankly around my new surroundings. "Where are we." I yawn

"Block from your house." He say turn on his blinker and turning to left

"How do you know where i live?"

"Cathy."

"Of course she told. She tells everything." I exclaim fall back into my seat.

He chuckles and turns into my driveway and parked the car. "You okay?"

"Yeah I am fine. Thank you Aiden you didn't have to help."

He smiles and turns toward me "May i ask what caused it?"

"I don't know I haven't had one since my mother died."

He looked down "was it because he kissed you."

My breath hitch has I look up at him and think about his question. "Maybe"

"Good night Aiden." I get out of his car and make my way to my house. I close the door behind me because I didn't think anyone would be a wake.I slide down to a sit position as tears start rolling down my face and I quickly wipe them away has i hear footsteps stop in front of me.

"You look awful. Go take a shower and for goodness sake stop feeling sorry for yourself." The step witch walks away popping a beer open.

When i get to my room a gather my clothes and jump in the shower turning on the water. I tried to quit thinking but I couldn't has the tears roll down my face. After my shower I roll in my bed and turn off my lamp and check my phone.

Sleep tight buttercup! Everything will be better check with you in the morning.

I clink off my phone and rolled to the right side and fell asleep.

Aiden is actually little cinnamon roll 🙈 at first he did like her but he is starting to develop a little crush.
