“Dinner's ready!” Amy, Addison's mother called out.

They were seated around the dinner table, smiles all around. It felt amazing to be surrounded with all the people she loved. This was the one place that Addison wanted to be. She turned back to her plate and noticed Nathan being fidgety from the corner of her eye, to the left of her. She put her left hand on his thigh, looked at him and smiled sweetly. He appeared to calm right down with her touch. His leg felt warmer under her touch. She couldn't help but tighten her grip for a split second before she removed her hand.

Nathan felt the searing heat from Addison's hand and then the coolness returning to his skin once she removed her hand. He grabbed it and put it back onto his leg, palm facing up. He tantalized her palm with his fingers gingerly with a variety of patterns. He noticed Addison's breath became more labored and she swallowed hard. She tried to close her hand but he gently pressed his hand into hers and interlaced their fingers.

“Is everything alright with you two?” Amy asked both he and Addison. “You've barely touched your plates and we're going for seconds.

“I think these two are wanting to get reacquainted, Mrs. P.” Krissy teased. Amy looked at her confused.

“Kris!” Addison looked at her best friend with eyes that could of shot daggers.

“What?” Krissy gave her an innocent face. Nathan couldn't help but stuff food in his mouth to snuff out his giggles. He always wondered as to how those two became friends seeing as they were such opposites.

Later that evening, they were seated in the living-room, chatting up a storm with the football game playing in the background. They talked, laughed and even went without football and turned on the Wii and played a few racing games. It was getting late and Kurt, Krissy and Nathan got up to leave. Addison followed them to the front door.

“You're not leaving?” Amy asked Nathan. Nathan nodded.

“I have a hotel room at the Sheraton downtown.” He told her.

“Nonsense!” Mark told him. “Call the hotel, cancel your reservation and you can stay here.”

“I suppose I can swing that.” He looked over at Addison. She nodded. “Kurt, I'll grab my bag out of the car and you guys can go ahead without me. Thanks Mr. Parker.”

“Call me Mark.” He told him.

“Thanks Mark.” He repeated.

Addison found herself wide awake. She couldn't sleep; she couldn't find a comfortable position. She could hear Nathan huffing in the room next to hers. Evidently, he couldn't sleep either. She sat up in bed. She felt conflicted. All she wanted was to run her fingers over his chest, to kiss him all over and show him how much she had missed him. She let herself fall back onto her bed and let out a loud breath. Damn it! She threw the blankets off of her, jumped out of bed and left her room.

Nathan couldn't sleep. All he wanted was to hold Addison. He could hear her rolling around in her room. She couldn't sleep either, or so it seemed but he wasn't going to go and knock on her door. He couldn't wait to be alone with her but he seriously wasn't looking to be on her father's bad side. He stared up at the ceiling until he heard a light knock on his bedroom door. He got up to open. Addison stood there in her little satin night dress. He opened the door the entire way. They stood there, looking at each other.

“Can't sleep?” He asked her. She shook her head and walked over to him. He shivered as her hands ran down his chest to his abs. He also noticed that his reaction amused her. “Addie.” He whispered.

“Nathan.” She whispered on his lips before she kissed him lightly and then pulled away. He had to stop this from getting any further. And then she pressed her satiny body on his and his arms wrapped themselves around her and his mouth found hers again. She parted her soft warm lips and allowed his tongue entry to dance with hers. He kissed her with all the emotions that lingered in his body from earlier that day. She went limp in his arms with a sensual moan. He held her up and pulled away to look at her. She had a look of lust for him, in her eyes.

“Addie, I don't think this is the place.” Nathan began.

“Shut up.” She told him. “I can't wait. I need you right here, right now.” And with that, he picked her up and carried her to his bed. That night, he made slow, mad and passionate love to her. It was the best damn experience of his life, especially when they climaxed simultaneously as Addison had to bite down on his shoulder to stifle her moans. That night, it was like they had made love for the first time. They fell asleep in each other's arms. Nathan knew that he was home; he felt whole again. Man did he love her.
