She weaps tears of both joy and pain
has she discovered something that hidden in her heart lays?
This I know not, emotionless as I am.
But today it will be my shadow that will cover her pain.
Her head lays in my shoulders
She whispers at my ears
I only want to hold her
protect my dearest friend, dry her tears.
She was used
never truly had to option to make her own life.
And when her pourpose was done
they throw her to the trash.
But I know what she is truly worth
any life that's able to dream is of incomprehensible value.
And my soul shouts songs of truth,
for the humanity that binds us is what breaks us too.
To be human, to have flaws,
to make a short dream long, and fast time slow,
to take every shivering bone in the body
go back to dust.
And shall I be incognitos or to this world a mere dream,
matters not, for after this world there are kings and then theirs God.
And if in the end this world throws me like it did to you so,
I'm sure that in the heavens above will have a laugh us both.
So dearest friend I tell you now and again,
this world may of used you afterwards let you go.
But I'm sure that in the heavens you'll find more,
so when you reach it, wait for me though.
