Chapter 1

                  

Hannah~

Here I am. I am in my personal hell right now, ugh Linden High. Oh oops, Am I supposed to cheer? Yay! Gooo Sparrows! Oh please just shoot me now... Well I better get to class since it's the first day of my senior year. Here's my schedule.

1st period- English with Ms.Ranger

2nd period- Team Sports with Coach Nigel

3rd period- Chorus with Mr.Greene

~Lunch~

4th period- Equine Science with Dr.Hardin

5th period- Statistics with Mr.Akin

6th period- German 4 with Mrs. Colton.

7th period- AP World History with Dr. West.

So that's my schedule for my senior year. I can say that I am happy about it. Oh shoot! I'm going to be late for my first class! I dash down to the English/Foreign Lang, hallway. I stopped by Rm.830. This is Ms.Ranger's room. Let's just say that I am happy that I have her. I had her in the 9th grade and she was amazing! I walk into her room.

"Ms.Ranger?"

Ms.Ranger turned around and saw me standing in the doorway.

"Miss Hannah Lane, How are you? I haven't seen you since the 9th grade."

"I'm good. Where is my seat?" I asked. She points near the back of the room to where one of best friends sits, Luke Calico.

"Hey Luke!" I say as I approach his desk.

"Hey Hannah-banana" He says with a laugh. I blush and push him with my arm.

"So how was the summer? I know we didn't hang out a lot. It was mostly just me and Ashley." Luke looks at me.

"It's fine,Hannah. Plus I don't want to do all girly things" he says with a laugh. We both turn around to face the front and Ms.Ranger starts class.

Well English ended and I had to go to Team Sports in the gym. Wondering what Team Sports is? Team Sports is a class where we basically just play sports on teams. It's kind of self-explanatory...

Anyway, I don't understand why I signed up for this class... I figured that I would get away from my bullies. Did I say bullies? Yes I did.

Their names are Sofie Mills and Jackson Colby. They are literally the spawn of Satan himself. Sofie used to bully me back in middle school and then Jackson joined her in high school. They shouldn't bother me right? Well they do...

"CLASS!!!" I hear Coach Nigel yell. The class assembles in the middle of the gym. "Class, We are going to play some volleyball. Get into teams!"

Turns out Jackson is on my team and Sofie landed on the other team. We started the game.

I served the ball and off the game went! Both teams hit the ball back and forth for several minutes. That is until,Sofie launched the ball in my direction and I had to duck to avoid getting hit in head.

"What the hell Sofie?!" I yelled at her. I looked at the coach. "Hannah, Sofie did nothing wrong. Now go sit down." I groan and go sit down on the bleachers. I see Sofie smirk at me. Of course she gets away with everything.

It was chorus time! Woo! What? It's one of my favorite classes... reason why? My friends are in here. I walked in and saw Luke and Ashley on the top row. I wave at them.

"Hey girl" Ashley says.

"What's up guys?"

"Nothing much.." Ashley says very softly.

"What's wrong?" I asked worried for my best friend.

"I'll tell you later, Hannah"

Class started. However, the class was rudely disturbed. The door opened and in walked a student.

"I'm sorry I'm  late. I'm new this year. My name is Kade Westin."
