Lily's POV:

I can't believe it the face that has been haunting my dreams is right in front of me I just stood there unable to speak
it was as if I was in a trance I just kept muttering I can't believe it..........

What can't you believe lily? Maya said you just staring at him like you've seen a ghost she said that brought me out of my trance, are you okay Elisa asked ?

yes I am fine am just a little weak that all I said with a forced smile.

Same here let's go Maya said with that we made our way towards the entrance I Never forgot the look he had on his face as we finally left the bar.

Nathan's POV:

I just got to Newyork so Alex my best friend forced me out of the house to this exclusive singles bash although I was not interested Alex would not leave me in peace so I decided to go so that he will let me rest I made him promise to leave early with that though in mind I went to prepare for the night.

I wore tight black jean,a white round neck and dark blazer I finished the look with black converse.
we left for the party around 7:30 when we got there things were already bubbling we went straight to the VIP section were you could see the whole scene.

we are still at the party and I was thinking how I couldn't wait to leave this hell hole.

I was brought back to reality when I heard Alex voice
Are you okay ? since we got here your head has been in the clouds .
sorry bro just a little tired You are tired you must be jocking we've been sitting here since we got here I don't know what up with you but am going to get me some drinks while you sit here and think about God knowns what
okay i said as he stood up, just don't stay too long I said to Alex.
Not answering me until he was almost out of the VIP lounge he turned and said am not making any promises he said finally making his exit.

I sat down there and enjoyed as much solitude as you can in a noisy bar. I shut my eye for a while until I heard some one approach me and I open my eye to see.

I wanted to be by my self so I decided not to talk so that she will leave me alone after a while she said this is awkward I see that you don't wanna talk so I will leave you alone nice meeting she said and walked away that was definitely awkward

I sat down like that for a while after sometime I decided to go search for Alex and see what is taking him so long I made my way to the bar from afar

I spotted Alex with three chicks now I see what was taking him so long I said to my self as I got closer he didn't even see me because he was engrossed in whatever they were saying unbelievable I said live it up to Alex to bring me here and leave me to talk to girls

Alex I said sharply you know i came here because of you they all turned to face me
sorry bro you can't blame me this beautiful ladies were enjoying my company and I couldn't leave them alone he said jokingly finally I was in front of them and I looked at the girls that were taking to my brother they were all beautiful but the one that caught my eye was the one in red her face look familiar she was staring at me with a look I couldn't depict and she kept mumbling something what can't you believe and are you okay both are friends asked.
Yes I am fine just a Little's weak she said with a smile that looked forced.

Are you sure you are okay your face is pale all of a sudden Alex said

Don't be rude Nate let me introduce you to my friends this is Lillian he said and it all clicked now I know why the face looked so familiar the person responsible for all the pain was standing in front of me I could see why I didn't recognize her before she was now mature and more beautiful ,well As beautiful as a witch could be.
I didn't hear Alex finish the introduction because my mind was not there.

No you know that not why I am saying this I am telling you this because I miss my childhood friend who was fun and full of life but now you are filled with hate this hate is killing you little by little and I can't lose my brother I don't no what happen to you when I left newyork but I am going to find out his face still looking sad

Okay let's go Alex said we made our way to the entrance and entered my sport car and drove home.

we got home around 11 O'clock I went straight to my room all night I was just thinking about lily face although she look at me with a look I could not quite register .

I couldn't answer the question that kept popping in my mind does she remember me or not is she for real.
The most annoying part is that I still feel something for her even after the betrayal but my hatred is much more stronger than the spark and that hatred will eventually ruin me but not before it destroy her and when I do destroy her i will do it until she is utterly broken and useless just the way I was when she trampled on my heart, broke it and left the pieces for me to pick because of her I have not being able to move on or not either way she must pay for every tears old Nathan shed and I will get every drop if not more that was the promise I made my self and I will fulfill even it takes my last breathe.

What did lily do to Nate to make him hate her so much,? and why does she not remember him?. all this and more will unfold has the story continues keep it locked.
