Aaron POV

Right, so today's the third day seeing Sam since that awkward first day we met 2 weeks ago. The second day was in the same rehearsal schedule, I just avoided her, still embarrassed. It wasn't that hard if I'm honest because we hardly have any scenes together We'll be rehearsing 'One Day More' so I'm bound to see her, this is the third time the whole of the main cast will be at rehearsal. Just play it cool, you're a professional...at making bad first impressions clearly. Just say Hi to her, ask about filming, just don't make a fool out of yourself. Why are you even thinking about that? Just wait til you DO have to talk to her.

Sam's POV

So I walk into the room and there sitting right across the room is Aaron, his blue eyes slowly making eye contact with mine. I think I could melt, but I'm an actress, so I'll just act casual. He gives me a light smile and I wave back awkwardly and make my way over to the water table. Why on earth did I choose to come early? And why on all days did Amanda decide to wake up late and not carpool with me like we'd been doing this whole week? With Cameron and Tom in conversation, the only other person in the room was Aaron. We were all waiting for the cast and I pick up one bottle of water as I might as well start getting prepared for singing.

"Slow down there, Sam" I hear coming from behind me. I stop and slightly choke on the water that barely made it down my throat from the shock.

"Hey Aaron, you alright?"

"Yeah, I'm good. Listen, I'm so sorry about the last time we met. It's just.. I.." Bless him! He seemed so embarrassed. I actually wasn't offended the first time. "Don't worry, it didn't bother me at all! I actually found it kind of funny if I'm honest" He smiled wide and I couldn't help the smile I gave back.

Aaron's POV

"Clearly we don't know each other," I spurted out. That sounded mean, quick, save yourself. "...so tell me something interesting about yourself? Anything?"

Sam's POV:

"I love Sprouts" just came out. We couldn't help but laugh. Out of all things I could've said.

"Wow, really? I don't think I even remember what they taste like. The last time I had them was when I was a kid."

"Woah, you are missing out my friend"

"So we're friends now?"

"As long as you don't mind that I'm not Taylor Swift or Lea Michele..." I giggled. He turned a deep shade of red and I felt so bad. "...too soon?" He began to laugh and soon we were in deep in conversation and only paused to say hi to everyone who came in.

In fact, I didn't even notice Anne, Amanda and Eddie gawking at us with huge smirks on their faces til Aaron gets called over by Tom and our conversation has to come to a close. But before he leaves, he surprises me with a quick hug and a soft grin. I stand in place, quite shocked by the interaction. Before I could shake off the shock, Amanda approaches me and teasingly pokes me in the arm. The grin on her face is ridiculously smug, I know what's coming. "Don't." I manage to say before we both laugh, Amanda with her arms up in surrender.

"Oh Sam, I wanted to run lines with you, but you just seemed so smitten with Mr Tveit over there. You two are just so.."

"This would not have happened if you had just.." I attempt to get the upper hand  in the conversation, but am quickly shut down. "What would not have happened?" If Amanda could become anymore smug, this was that moment. "You two, becoming quite chummy? I think what you're about to say is Thank You Amanda for being an awesome friend and deciding to come late today so I could make friends with a hottie, who is possibly my future-" I cover her mouth to stop her. I have no idea what she was going to say, but knowing Amanda, it would have caused me to turn into a tomato. I feel her laugh under my hand. Before I quickly take my hand off her mouth, I see Aaron giggle at the sight. "Could you be anymore embarrassing?" I turn away from Aaron towards the water bottles and face palm myself. "Awh Sammy" she hugs me.

"You know I'm only teasing?" rubbing my back.

"I know I know, I'll get you back," I say. Amanda quickly releases me from the hug and playfully pushes me with one hand as I giggle. But as quick as my laugh, that smug smile was plastered back on her face. "Not before I can get you first."

"What?" "When we were hugging I saw him looking at us with a worried expression. He's heading towards us as we speak" "Who?" I froze, already knowing who she was talking about.

"Sam, are you alright?" Then came another surprise hug from the day. This one was tighter and I swear I almost rested in his embrace."I saw you burrowing your head in Amanda's shoulder. And then her face became all worried and she was rubbing your back. I couldn't help but think you were upset."

"No no, I'm fine, don't worry, it was nothing I just..."

"Hey guys," Thank Goodness for Eddie, stopping what was about to be me, mumbling my way out of this situation Amanda put me in. "Am I interrupting something?" questioned Eddie unbeknownst to what was going on. Amanda stared at him with wide eyes and he replied with an apologising look. "No, you're not," I finally say after a few seconds of awkward silence. "Why, what's up?" "Well I was talking to the 'amis' and I suggested inviting you two ladies to come along with us for what is usually our guys night out? So how's about it? You two up for it"  Amanda and I share a glance, agreeing with our eyes and nodding in sync as a reply.  "Great, well if you want, me and Aaron can pick you guys up as we usually go together anyways and there is space left for you two."  "We'd love that," Amanda eagerly answers for the both of us.
