"UGHH" I said to myself when my mom gave me a whole mountain of clothes to put into the washing machine. She's always too bossy & annoying.

"MOM WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS GIVING ME TONS OF SHIT TO DO THE WHOLE DAY? YOU HAVE JINDA TO HELP YOU!"

"First of all , watch your language! second of all , I'm just trying to help you!" She yells.

"Oh yeah and how is that?"

"When you'll grow up , you'll probably have a husband so you gotta learn to act like a woman and do house work!!"

"Mom! I'm sixteen! I can handle shit on my own!"

"Dalia, stop saying 'shit' or you'll get grounded" she looks straight into my eyes to let me know she's not joking around.

I rolled my eyes and went up to my room without a word.

I'm fucking 16 , what does she want from me?

"Dalia! I didn't tell you to go back to your room!"

Fuck my life.

"MOM, YOU'RE SO ANNOYING!"
I shout up from my room.

"IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN YOU'LL BE GROUNDED FOR SURE!" She yells again.

I roll my eyes and go down. I think I'm going to roll my eyes the whole day.

This just sums up my relationship with my parents.

I woke up to the sound of my phone .
I checked my phone, I've received 3 text messages from my bestfriend :
Diana ~>
Hey hoe IT'S THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL AND WE'RE FREE!

Finally I can't wait to sleep- over at your house AYYEEE

Is Alex coming over?

I text back :
Hey BISH! Yayyy and yeah Alex is probably coming over duh...

I check the clock , it was 5:35 am
How the hell did Diana text that early? She always sleeps and needs like 2 hours to get herself ready for school.
We usually wake up at 6:00 am to school.

I text her :
Oh and why aren't you sleeping , you woke me up , ass!

After a minute, she texts me back.

Diana ~>
Sorry lmao but my brother woke me up because he was scared of a fucking mosquito !

I laugh under my blanket awkwardly so nobody could hear me.
