the Beginning

Deep in the ocean on a sunny day, in the world of Makosh Ubakanos, a young mermaid is seen wondering around. She seems to be lost, for she is swimming around in circles.
An older mermaid, named Wednesday, comes to her aid and asks for her name. The young mermaid does not seem to recall anything, she stares at Wednesday confused because she does not know her own name or where she's from. Wednesday then takes the young mermaid to her home where her family is. Once they are there they start asking the young mermaid all kinds of questions, but to there surprise she literally knows nothing. For the mean time, Wednesday and her family come up with a name to call her while they figure out who she really is. They name her Aria. The family then takes Aria out so she can get to know the area, and also to see if she remembers where she is.
Meanwhile, a witch named Agetha and her cousin Cole are walking towards the ocean to collect some items they need to perform a spell, but first they need to seek the help of a young mermaid. Agetha tells Cole to push the boat into the water and to start paddling because they needed to find this certain mermaid as soon as possible. Once they are deeper in the ocean they spot Wednesday out next to some boulders. Knowing that she might know where the mermaid that can help them is, they get closer to Wednesday. Once they are closer, Wednesday approaches the two and asks them if she can help them. Agetha and Cole then tell her if she has seen a mermaid fitting to their description. Wednesday then immediately recognizes who they are talking about and calls out for Aria. After a minute, Aria does not pop up so Wednesday excuses herself to go find her, leaving Agetha and Cole to whisper to themselves.
