Chapter one: This is just a dream

BANG!

I opened my eyes and I see a ceiling that had old paint peeling off it.

"Where am I, I could of swore i was asleep in my bed but if that was true then how did I get here."

I got up and looked around I walked over to a bulletin board full of news paper clippings, missing people signs,and other unreadable things I looked at the old wooden sign at the top

"Mountain Lake Insane Asylum how did i get here?"

I back away from the board in fear and tripped over something and fell to the ground I got up I looked at what tripped me. I pick it up Its a small teddy bear with one of its button eyes missing.

"A Teddy Bear where did this come from?"

Just as I said that I heard a small girls laugh as she runs around the corner I turned and ran after the girl.

"Wait come back I will not hurt you."

I ran after the girl hoping to find a way out and back home and the little girl ran into a room marked as "Infirmary" so I walked into the room there are beds with curtains around them, I hear the girl crying from the last bed.

"Are you okay?"

"I can not find my bear bear,will you help me find it?"

"I have all ready found it come out here and I will give it to you then we can try to find a way out of here okay."

Then she came very slowly

"Here you go."

when she saw the bear she took and hug it,she then looked up at me.

"Thank thank you,wait how do you have this?"

"I found it."

"LIES YOU STOLE IT"

"No no i didn't."

"YES YOU STOLE IT AND I WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT"

she reach behind her and pulled something off the table I looked in her hand and i saw she had a scalpel.

"what what are you doing?,put that down before you hurt someone."

"That is my plan"

she lunged at me and we fell to the ground with her putting thescalpel to my neck I pushed off of me and I felt a stinging pain above my eye, I got up and ran until I found a door that said "Men's ward" and ran into one the cells,closed the door, and crawled into the corner.

Everything was quiet until I heard a deep voice say.

"Oh no she hurt you I am so so sorry."
