Karina POV ✨

"Karina would you like to pass out the papers for me please?" Mr.Branton spoke as my head popped up of my name being heard

"Yes sir" my British accent spoke out as I stood up and walked up in front of the class grabbing the papers out of his hands

"Thank you sweetheart" he smiled as I politely smiled back while one of the girls in the back snickered

"She probably fucking him" she said laughing as her tongue piercing danced on her tongue while I put my head down and frowned at her comment

"Toya, please step out of the class since you think profanity is allowed in this classroom" Mr.Branton spoke as she sucked her teeth and walked out with a attitude

I was passing out the papers as one of the boys that I already passed slapped my ass and I turned around upset, as his friends laughed at him.

"What is the matter with you?!" I asked shocked as he mimicked my British accent

"Nothing at all sweetheart" he said laughing as I heard somebody clear they throat

"You really gon' do that shit in front of me Ty and think I won't have a problem with it?" A light skinned boy with a deep voice spoke up as Ty sighed and shook his head

"Alright Lanard, my bad babygirl" he apologized and I nodded my head and finished passing out the papers and sat down doing the worksheet

Once the bell rung, I put my Michael Kors handbag in my shoulder and I walked out as a bunch of kids walked in the halls trying to get to where they supposed to be.

Here in New York, there be so much shit that's going on where my mind can't even focus on.

I put the rest of my notebooks in my bag for homework and waited outside for my cousin Raina to come out of the school.

I chuckled as I scrolled on my Instagram feed seeing kids from school as somebody bumped me.

"Damn my bad shawty, you a fine ass jawn" he complimented me as he walked off and I shook my head, smiling

I felt somebody poke my shoulder seeing it was Raina and sighed.

"Finally, its is way too cold to be waiting for you" I spoke as she rolled her eyes

"So why didn't you just start the car?" She said as her New York accent flowed out of her mouth

"Oh, blonde moment" I laughed as we got in my blue 2012 Range Rover and turned on the heat

Aaliyah's Are You That Somebody blasted out of my radio as we headed our way to my house.

I'm kind of obsessed with 90's music for some reason since my father used to play it around the house when I was young.

Oh let me introduce my self, I'm Karina Valentina Roberts and I just turned 18 this year. We moved out here in New York last year since we were so far away from family in England. I'm also a senior who is ready to finish high school.
