1- A Day Like Others

Clarke:

Today I am in the night shift; everything was calm and normal I live in a small town so nothing much happens and also the hospital was not crowded especially at night

I was in the reception replacing my friend; Raven she was in a date with her boyfriend Finn .They are so cute together so today I had to work at night just to cover her....usually I only work in the afternoon. I have classes in the morning I go to med school since I wanna be a doctor like my mom

It's so calm around here that it freaks me out the hospital's silence scares me, everyone was sleeping and its my first time working at night I hate been alone

"Omygod..." I jumped when my phone started ringing oooh that scared the hell out of me. It's Raven

"Hiii...what's up?" She spoke before I could say anything she sounded so happy

"Not much I am sitting at your desk doing nothing and freaking out over nothing probably....how was your date?" I asked avoiding her questions about how is my night going

"OMG you wont believe what happened" she said with excitement

"What??" I asked

"He asked me to marry him....and I said yesss"

"Ooow that's amazing Raven congratulations you deserve the best I am so happy for you"

"Thanks; now I have to go Finn is waiting for me bye see you tomorrow and I will tell you all the details" then she hanged up

I am so happy for her she went through alot and seeing her happy was amazing.

I checked the clock on the wall it was just 1 am my shift will end at 4 I still got 3 hours to go.
Suddenly the hospital's door opened.

I saw a man's silhouette he was limping and covered in blood I ran to him but before I arrived he slammed the floor

OMG is he dead??

Please don't be dead please
