Chapter 3

REIN'S POV

I went straight to the court without going to my house. I saw Riley, Connor, Thomas, Braiden and Toby. I waved my hand to them telling them "Hi". I threw my bag to the nearest bench. And the the invitation for the prom fell out of my bag. I knelt down to grab it but Riley got it first. DANG HE SAW IT

"You have prom?" He asked with his eyes still locked on the invitation

"Yeah so what! Now give it back!" I told him while trying to reach for the letter but he kept on stretching his arm up so that I couldn't reach it. Man I wish I was taller than Riley

"So who are you going with?" He asked still keeping the invitation away from me

"I'm not going!" I said bitterly.

"Well then I'll go with you." He said as my eyes grew big

"What?!" I was kinda shocked because as you can see I didn't invite him.

"I said I'll be your date." He insisted

"But I didin't ask you to."

"Yeah I know but you cant miss your prom and besides I never been in one." He said as he smiled.

"Whatever but I'm not going." I said as I crossed my arms

"HEY YOU TWO WHATS TAKING YOU GUYS SO LONG!" Connor shouted from the court.

"WE'RE COMING!" Ri McDorkface shouted back.

We raced there but unfortunately he won.

"HA I WON!" mcDork said annoying me while he panted heavily

"Whatever I'll beat you in this game anyway." i did the same

"Okay guys Rei and Toby are in my team while braiden and Riley are in Thomas'" Connor Announced

"Why didn't you pick me!" Riley complained at Connor like a kid.

"Well I was going to choose my Bros but I realized that your a loser." Connor said as We all laughed so hard!

"Well ouch Connie!" Riley said with his pouty sad face

Riley's team was catching up, if it wasn't for my three point shoot we could've lost..

"IN YOUR FACE RILEY! I TOLD YOU I'LL WIN!" I bragged at him

"Well I'll win next time!" He said laughing

"Who wants Starbucks!!!!!" Toby said.

"Did anyone say Starbucks, Well count me in!" Connor said

"Us too!" We Thomas and the rest said in chorus.

RILEY'S POV

Okay I asked her to go to the prom with me maybe this was the first step to show her what I truly feel.

We drove to Starbucks. We all had our drinks and went back home. While Rein's on her way home I grabbed her shoulder. She turned arouned and with her startled eyes, I gazed upon her gorgeous face. Until she waved her hand right on my face.

"RILEY!HEY IDIOT ARE YOU IN THERE!" She said still waving her hands in front of my face.

"Oops sorry! I just thought of something!"

"So what did you startle me for?"

"Well I was wondering if you want to go and watch a movie with us tonight, its movie night!"

"Okay let me just drop my bag at home"

"Be fast! Or we'll start the movie without you."

"Sheeesh! My house is just one house away from yours!"

I entered back to my house and sat on the couch with toby while the others are on the floor.

"What shall we watch?" Braiden asked.

"Toy Story!" Toby answered and everyone agreed

We fixed the things needed for the movie. Connor made some popcorn and Braiden and Thomas set uo the movie.Then the someone knocjed on the door.

*Knock* *Knock*

"I'll get it!" I walked towards the door and when I opened it and it was Rei.

"hey Ri!"

"What took you so long?"

"Well I took a shower because I smelled like shit, and you do too."

"Showers before movie night are form lame people." I smirked

"You stink! take a shower"

"Fine then." i said as I stomped my way to the bathroom.

I finished taking a shower and we started ro watch.

"There's nothing like a good ol' disney movie." Rei said as she sat beside me on the couch.

"yeah! Classic!" Thomas said.

As we were watching an hour passed and I observed that everyone except me was asleep even Rein. I thought to myself "Why do they fall asleep so fast??". I watched her sound asleep. She was so beautiful with her smile on while she slept and she was mumbling something, she must be dreaming already. I didn't bother waking her up but instead I just slept beside her. This day was so perfect.
