"They will be a great help." Pag sang-ayon ko sa kanya. "We should have a plan. Let's discuss it now." Sabi ni Jeff. Tumango kami at nag-usap na. Habang nag-uusap kami ay nagcreak ang pinto sa kusina.

Natigil ang pag-uusap namin at napatingin sa pinanggalingan ng ingay. "Be alert." Sabi ko at tumango sila. Bumukas ang pinto at iniluwa si Dave.

"Hey guys. You're still awake?" Sabi niya ng nakangiti pero halata ang pagkaantok. Nakahinga kaming ng maluwag.

"Where have you been?" I asked out. I'm curious about his business this past few days. "Sa garden lang." Sagot niya at ginulo ang buhok niya. "Ano ginawa mo dun?" It's Zack's turn to ask.

"Woah. Easy lang kayo ha. I just talked to someone. Night guys. Sorry." Sabi niya at diretsong umakyat habang humihikab.

"He's suspicious." Sabi ni Matt nang makaakyat na ng tuluyan si Dave. I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking that Dave is really suspicious. He's acting really weird.

Bumalik na ulit kami sa dati naming pwesto and we discussed our plan.

"You sure about that plan?" Asked Zack. Tumango ako bilang sagot.

"Isn't it too dangerous?" Sabi naman ni Matt. "It's not, coward." Sabi naman ni Dave. Yeah, we still included him. Kahit na suspicious man siya.

Kumakain kami ngayon ng lunch. Pupunta kaming Underground after this. We should ask help from them. They need to know about this. Natapos kaming kaagad kumain at pasalay na sana ng kotse ng magring ang cellphone ko.

Unknown number siya at mukhang kinukutuban ako. Maybe this is the number of those people who take Linnea. Tumingin sa akin ang apat at tinanguan ako. Nabasa siguro nila ang ekspresyon sa mukha ko. Then I answered it.

"Hello?"

[So you're planning to tell this thing to the remaining underground leaders? Na aahh. Wrong move.] The power of technology. He or she used the voice changer.

"Who are you and how did you know about that?!"

[Let's just say we're not fools and cowards like you and we have a spy watching over you. Beware.]

Before I can react, the call ended and all I can do is cuss. "Fcking bastard or whoever the FCK is playing with us." Sabi ko out of frustration. Biglang may nagtap sa balikat ko.

"Chill ka lang. I know Linnea is a strong and brave girl. Amasona yun." Sabi ni Dave.

Bumalik na lang kami sa loob at hindi na tumuloy pa papuntang underground. We decided to investigate on our own. Isa pa kung hindi niyo alam, we are detectives. Sort of. We love investigations. Wow, self proclaimed.

"So guys, sino nga ulit ang huli niyang kasama?" Tanong ni Dave na nilalaro ang ballpen. "Elisha. Yung friend niya. She's a cheerleader." Sagot ni Zack. "How 'bout when's the last time she called?" Tanong naman ni Matt.

"She called me uhm quarter to seven." I answered.

"Hindi niyo ba napapansin yung guy na umaaligid dito sa bahay natin this past few days? The garbage collector. He's kinda suspicious for me." Sabi ni Jeff. "Wait, you're saying that Mr. Garbage collector is maybe the spy?" Tanong ko.

"Exactly. Bakit naman siya halos araw-araw magkukuha ng basura eh kada Monday and Friday lang dapat eh and eto pa, I caught him eyeing Linnea a day before she's taken." Sabi pa ni Jeff. Well, suspicious nga naman yung garbage collector. Pero we need a proof.
