Not many of the Haikyuu characters have siblings. Hinata has a young sister called Natsu, Tsukishima has an older brother called Akiteru and Oikawa has an older brother or sister who most are unaware of. Since this is a Headcannon book I'm gonna say he has a sister called Kimiko. 😁
