Hinata: I could see him being a helper at a sports centre
Kageyama: he would make a good referee for volleyball
Nishinoya: I think he would be good at football for some reason
Asahi: he would be a good teacher...maybe an English/Japanese teacher.
Sugawara: he would be a solid office worker. I think he would design adverts
Daichi: I think he would fix printers or be Suga's boss/co-worker. Dramatic difference I know.
Tanaka: a PE coach
Tsukishima: a bitchy but fabulous sports model
Yamaguchi: a bosses assistant. He would bring the boss coffee.
Kenma: a game/bug tester
Kuroo: a waiter or a bartender
Oikawa: a magazine model
I could totally see these being cannon. Maybe I should write a fanfic about it :)
