Chapter 17.

Stella's POV.

''Oh nothing..'' Luke said.

I knew he was lying so I lifted my head, to look at him, wanting to say something back but I got paralyzed. He was staring at me with his beautiful brown/greenish eyes. We locked eyes and I just couldn't move or say anything. His eyes kept looking into mine, to my lips and back to my eyes. I've heard that when a guy does that, he wants to kiss you, badly. Oh god. I wanted to kiss him too, more than he knows but I don't think he likes me, or does he? Shit, I just realized I was doing the same as him, looking at his lips and back to his eyes.

And before I knew it he started to lean in a bit and so did I. Once our faces were inches away, we both closed our eyes and it happened. His soft lips pressed hard onto mine. I felt an instant rush go through my body and sparks were everywhere. I lifted my hands from to the grass to his chest and up his neck. I couldn't help but smile through the kiss and I could feel Luke smiling too. We pulled away, both breathless. Our foreheads were resting on each other and we were breathing heavily. Our kiss lasted for like 20 seconds, but it felt like a decade.

''Wow'' he whispered, looking into my eyes, still out of breath. I smiled, let out a soft laugh and hugged him. I let go of him and looked into his eyes. ''Luke, I-'' I began but got cut off.

''Stella... I liked you since the first day I saw you with Zoe and Chelsea. Since then, I can't go a day without thinking about you. You're actually the only thing I think about, constanly. I normally don't believe in love at first sight but you made me kinda believe in it. Back in there, when you kissed Jai, I was so jealous. I could see that you really enjoyed the kiss with him... I just couldn't take it anymore so I got out. Only the thought of you kissing my identical twin brother drived me crazy... Stella, you drive me crazy.'' He said looking at me but when he was done he looked down, at the grass.

I couldn't believe what he just said. Once it all sunk in I smiled, I just simply smiled. ''Luke'' I said. He was still staring at the grass. ''I like you too'' I finished and smiled. and with that, he lifted his head up in an instant, looking at me, smiling and his eyes blinking like I've never seen before. He hugged me and kissed me again. I pulled away after a few seconds and said that we should go back inside because it's getting pretty cold. He agreed and we both stood up. ''Don't tell the guys or girls anything yet, okay? Don't want them to get involved in this'' he said. I totally agree with him so I nodded and we went back in building.
