This isn't the first chapter, but this is a authors note so feel free to read or skip. I have been working on the perfect Brendon Urie Fanfiction for a couple months for my best friend. I'm releasing all the chapters in one day, in honor of her birthday. This is her surprise (sorta). Happy 16th birthday Alana! I have pictures from google images, so enjoy.
