Aruki was just an average teenage girl, with a thirst for adventure. The day she found Sonado and Kei twas when she was hiking in the forest with her friend. When her friend and her split up, Aruki became terribly lost. She stumbled upon the grotto, only to be attacked by Kei. Kei stopped fighting only when she proved to not be a spy of the scientist that created him and his brother, or a human that only wanted to cause war with them.
When Sonado met Aruki, he was mostly a total jerk. But soon, they set aside their differences and became friends. Over time, Sonado began to see that his feelings for Aruki were much more than "just friends." When that feeling started to grow more and more, Sonado asked about how he felt to his brother. Kei gladly accepted this, because he already knew how Aruki felt about him. Now, Aruki lives with the shadow brothers, lost somewhere in a forest never to be discovered.
