18 yr old me is numb to most things
the ocean is a puddle too small to splash in
the sky is a Styrofoam ceiling with a bunch of water damage
death is an afternoon nap
and love is a chemical induced illusion
I am too old to cry
and much too young to be this empty
I am too old to believe when someone says I will be ok
and I'm too young to make these decisions
but I guess this is real life.
Oh, and people keep giving me advice
but it all sounds like they're telling me to flap my arms as I fall out of the sky
