I am currently in a bridal store, watching my sister, Eva, twirl around in a very beautiful bridal gown. She looked happy, but frankly I would rather be somewhere else then here, in Jozi, in a bridal store looking at bridal gowns, and her ass know this, but she just had to drag me into this

She smiled, "Ok, what y'all think of this one" her bridal party cooed at her, telling her how beautiful it looked, including our mother. I just looked at it, and her, rolled my eyes, and kept sipping on the glass of champagne that was given to us when we entered the bridal store

She sighed, noticing my lack of interest, "What is it now Logan? You don't like it?" She asked, sounding frustrated. I looked at it, then back at her, and shrugged, "It's ait. I think you look cute" I told her honestly

She frowned, "Cute? You think I look cute in this dress?! Really Lo? Cute?!" She yelled at me. Hell she wanted to know what I thought, now she up in her feelings? See this is why I didn't want to come in the first place

I shrugged again, "You wanted to know what I thought, well that's what I think. Sorry not sorry"

If Eva could turn red, like the cartoons do, she would've, "Fuck this" she stepped off the podium she was standing on, so she could walk over to where I was sitting, "Whats your problem? And don't lie to me" she asked pointing

I quirked up my eyebrow, she wants to know what I think? Ait, let's tell her, "I think this whole thing is bullshit" I threw my hands in the air

"Logan" my mum scolded, I just looked at her and continued, "Why would you want to have a big ass wedding? Did you guys even discuss life after this wedding is over and done with? Have you decided where y'all gonna live? Have y'all even bought a house together? Cause you know how I feel about tying your life with someone. If your going to do it, then you need to first discuss you future, not the wedding per say" I asked exasperated

She huffed, angrier now then before, "Lo, you've taught me all these things, so yes we've discussed it. We've already made a down payment on a house that we both love, furniture is already bought, everything is sorted. All that's left for us to do is move in" she sighed, calming down a bit, understanding dawning on her

"I know you just worried about me, and all this is coming from a good place, but I'm gonna be fine, I promise. And if he fucks up, then I give you full permission to kick his ass" she smiled, "Now back to the dress. How I look?" She asked, twirling around

I smiled back at her. I'm happy, Eva's happy. Her happiness is what I care about the most, what comes first after all, "I don't like it. Go try the first one" I pulled out a dress that I knew would look better in her than the rag that she had on

She grinned hard, giving me her cheesy smile, "You got it captain Lo" she saluted, took the dress that I gave her and headed back to the dressing room

My sister is getting married y'all I thought with a grin on my face
