It had been days - weeks - since she had gone missing. I can still see her, hear her, sense her. Her eyes, her smile, her voice. Every time I look in the mirror I see her. Her slim figure standing next to me, her eyes shimmering in the sun. Whenever I see my family, it reminds me of her. It's all their fault. I wanted to go after her, but they wouldn't let me. It's my fault. If only I had been more aware of what was happening, if only I had listened to her, she would still be here, with me.
If only I was stronger, I would've saved her.
