"Whoa!" Killian yelled in surprise as he was tugged down with her. Emma fell on her back and Killian fell on top of her with the pillow still in both of their hands. Emma's left arm was around his neck now and his right arm was still around her waist. She turned her head from the pillow to him. She looked at him but he was already starting at her. She noticed something different about him that she hadn't noticed in most guys. Most people actually. Most people, when they looked at her, it was simply just looking at her, not seeing her. But when he did that, it was like he saw her. Like he understood her. It was like everything she's ever done good or bad has been accepted by him. He wasn't like anyone she had ever known.

Their smiles and laughs slowly faded and their faces became more serious. Emma had noticed him before but she never really stopped to look at him. Being that she was now two inches from his face she had the opportunity to really see him. His ocean blue eyes sent chills throughout her entire body. He looked at her so deeply and his stern eyebrows made the look he was giving her feel better. She noticed how his hair parted on one side and the rest just kinda fell into place like it was supposed to. She noticed his sharp jawline and the short, clean cut hair of his beard that wasn't too picky. She noticed his soft cheeks, how he had a scar that ran along the right side of his face. She had never noticed it before, but even with his scar his cheeks somehow made his whole face seem gentle. She was realizing all of this for the first time but there was one thing she hadn't looked at yet. His lips.

Emma was looking into his eyes and he was doing the same. Everything felt so calm, a type of calm that she hadn't felt in a while. Everything was safe. She felt safe around him. They stayed like that, gazing into each others eyes then slowly her eyes shifted from his, down to his lips. She was finally noticing his lips. His pink lips that she had never noticed before. His mouth was slightly opened and his lips looked bright and appealing. They seemed so soft and gentle that she couldn't help but wonder what they felt like.

Slowly, she let go of the pillow, brought her right hand to his jawline, and left it there for a moment. He didn't seem to be bothered by her touch. She looked at him as she felt the way his chin was and his jaw and his cheek bone. She couldn't help but admire this. Everything she was touching felt perfect. He was a handsome man and she had realized that before but it never crossed her mind that she might actually be falling for him. She brought her hand back to his chin and her fingers gently found their way to his lips. They were smooth and soft. She was having a hard time shifting her gaze back up to his eyes. Not once did Killian stop looking into her eyes. He seemed to be mesmerized by them.

Killian saw her shift her gaze to his lips and finally he did the same. He didn't need to look at all of the features of her face. He had already noticed everything about them. Everything was perfect. The way she curved her lips when she was sad. The way she raised her eyebrows and how her face lit up when she was excited. But finally she was noticing him and that made him feel appreciated. Because for the first time, she actually saw him like he saw her. She finally saw his gentleness and safeness.

Both of them were staring at the others lips and both looked up into each others eyes at the same time. Killian was going to speak but he didn't. Emma noticed this and was going to ask him what he wanted to say, but she didn't speak either. Instead, she moved her hand that was around his neck closer so that his nose was now touching hers. Killian didn't stop her. She gave him a gentle look and blinked slowly. His eyes went back to her lips, admiring the thought. That what if questions buzzing around through his head.

What if I kissed her? Would she be mad? What if she kissed me back?

He ignored all of the thoughts roaming around in his head and stayed there with her. While he was caught up in thoughts and what ifs she closed her eyes and brought her lips to his. He didn't move at first because he didn't expect her to do that. But when the thoughts stopped buzzing through his head and everything finally became still, he kissed her back. She kissed his bottom lip first, it was more desirable than she though it would be. When he kissed back he kissed her harder. She opened her mouth a little and he didn't hesitate to seal the gap with his own. Her right hand moved from his jaw to his back that was more muscular that she had imagined. Killian's hand that was once on the pillow was now on her leg.

He picked her up slightly so that they were fully on top of the bed. Her hand ran through the hair on the back of his head while her other one pulled him closer to her pressing his chest to hers. His hands found the curves of her body. When she felt him touch her hips she kissed him a bit harder. She surprised herself honestly. She didn't know how bad she actually wanted to kiss him. Emma's leg that Killian had grabbed briefly, wrapped around his legs. Killian opened his mouth but this time it was Emma who closed the space between them. She kissed him more and more then suddenly he pulled away to look at her.

They shared different facial expressions while they both tried to figure out what it was they were doing. But nothing was said between them because they both knew the most beautiful words were spoken in silence for a look. Killian leaned down and softly kissed her neck. She arched her back and one of his hands moved to her thigh. She soon wrapped both legs around his while his little neck kisses began to get lower. He bit her ear softly. Then planted a kiss where he bit her. She moaned when he did this to her which only made Killian more rough. Her hands somehow found themselves on the back of his neck and underneath the back of his shirt. Killian gave her a kiss on her collar bone, then one where her heart was, then back up to her collarbone, and then her neck again. She looked down at him and he kissed her lips one last time before they started to get carried away. But neither of them seemed to care. Say they were caught up in the moment or this was something they both really wanted, Killian and Emma didn't stop until they both couldn't continue anymore.
