I am so so sorry I haven't updated this in like 2 months. I am really sorry guys. Don't worry, I have a plot to this story and I'll make sure to explain why the kidnappers blamed everything on Emma. Just be patient, I promise I'll explain everything in time.

Soon morning came. The light was just starting to shine through the window which told Killian it was probably very early. He was hardly awake but when he felt something cold brush up against his side, his eyes flew open. His hand almost immediately grabbed whatever was touching him without even thinking. It was Emma's arm. Apparently she rolled over in her sleep and put her arm around his waist. When he put his hand on her she jumped up accidentally kicking him in the knee.

She screamed.

"Sorry! I'm sorry I didn't know what was touching me." Killian returned.

Emma's face gave a scared expression at first. Then that slowly turned into a smile and she let out a laugh. "Haha I'm sorry. I didn't realize– you just surprised me but I didn't mean to touch you." She looked at him then down at the bed still giggling, bringing the covers over her legs. Killian smiled and gave her a reassuring nod.

"Ok then. Now that that's settled, let's talk about the other problem." He said somewhat in a joking manner. Emma looked up from the bed back to him. She gave him a confused look then asked, "what? There's a problem?" Killian nodded his head and looked at her angrily. "Yes there's a problem Emma." He spoke a bit louder. She clenched when his voice began to get louder.

Killian brought his face closer to hers. He was staring straight into her eyes which made her more nervous. She looked away briefly then she heard him laugh. He backed away and fell back on the bed grabbing his stomach. "Emma I'm kidding. I was just talking about my knee but you know, I wanted to scare you." She rolled her eyes and threw the pillow at him before standing up off of the bed. The pillow hit him in the face and he didn't catch it because he was too busy laughing to notice that she was going to hit him with it. He grabbed it and sat up watching her walk away.

"Hey!" He called back at her.

She walked around the bed to the door and turned around when he said that. Emma wasn't in the mood to joke around. She had been through a lot and was still exhausted from the night before. Killian was exhausted too but joking around was how he got through it most of the times. The more she thought about it the more she realized maybe having a little laugh couldn't hurt. She couldn't help but let out a little smile when she thought about kicking him on accident. He stood up and walked up next to her with the pillow still in his hand. Emma noticed this and put her hands out in front of her as if to prepare herself for what he might do next. "What?" She asked slowly backing up only looking at the pillow, her smile growing slightly. He didn't say anything but he also didn't stop walking toward her. He moved closer and she moved back into the room. She had her hands ready to block the pillow if he were to throw it at her.

As she continued focusing on his hand movements, the back of her legs hit the bed and she stopped abruptly. She couldn't move away any longer. Stuck between the bed, the bedside table, and him, she looked up slightly to glance at his face and that's when she knew she'd messed up. He was waiting for her to look up at him. Her eyes met his and his face immediately lit up. He hit her with the pillow as she squealed jumping onto the bed as if to try to escape, but she only managed to get halfway onto the bed. She tried to knock his blows away with her right hand. The other one grabbed on to his shoulder for support. She lost her balance and started to fall. Killian's right hand that wasn't pummeling her with the pillow grabbed onto her waist in an attempt to stop her from falling but that didn't work. She fell completely down onto the bed letting out another chuckle.
