Frisk's P.O.V.
My chocolate brown ears flattened on my head, signaling that I was scared. My tail was puffier too. I followed Toriel down the dark, purple hallway. All I did was ask her how to exit this place...why is she freaking out? Can't she come with?
"Fine. If you're so determined to go back 'home,'" Toriel stopped walking and turned to me, "prove yourself. Prove to me that you can survive." (A/N: IF YOU LOVE ME YOU'LL LET ME GOOOOO~OOO~OOO~!!)
Toriel threw fireballs at me. I dodged most of them, though the last one hit my tail. It singed my hair, causing a faint scream to leave my mouth. I looked up at the loving mother goat, tears forming in he corners of my eyes.
"I-I don't want to fight you!" I gave Toriel mercy. "Please! I don't want to hurt you, Mom!"
Saying "Mom" did the trick. Toriel stopped firing and cried. I ran up to her, giving her a hug. Hugs always helps!
"I've taught you well," Toriel laughed, accepting the hug. "You'll be good, won't you? And be safe?"
I nodded and smiled. "Yup! Cause your gonna be with me--"
"Be careful, my child," Toriel interrupted me. I gave a confused look. Aren't you coming with?
Before I knew it, Toriel had left me standing in the room alone. Tears trickled down my face.
"D-Don't leave me alone..." I whispered, desperate to have some company. I sighed and wiped away tears. I continued forward, hoping to bump into another monster who would care for me.
~time skip~
I was outside of the door, bent down and crying. The cold didn't help either. I was truly alone. No monster has passed by me for hours.
I clutched onto my tail...it was wet? And sticky? And...warm? I moved my hand away to find only blood. I screeched, taking a good look at my tail. The place where Toriel injured me was bleeding. So THAT'S why I felt dizzy! I must've lost a lot of blood...
I decided to get up, putting pressure on my injury. Blood just trickled from my hands and landed on the snow.
       "H U M A N," a deep voice rang behind me. My ears perked up, signaling that I was alert. "D O N ' T  Y O U  K N O W  H O W  T O  G R E E T  A  N E W  P A L? T U R N  A R O U N D, A N D  S H A K E  M Y  H A N D."
I didn't want any trouble right now. I did what the scary man asked. I took ahold of his...boney hand? I looked up for a split second, seeing a smiling skeleton.
       PPPFFFFFTT FFFFRRRRTTT
I couldn't help but laugh. So did the skeleton, but with a hint of blue spread across his face.
"Heh heh...the old whoopee cushion hand shake trick," the skeleton kept chuckling. "I find it pretty...rib-tickling!"
Oh. He's THIS type of guy...cool! I cleared my throat, though still giggling.
"Well, that was pretty...humerus if you ask me!" I complemented. "Every time I hear a skeleton joke, I...feel it in my bones!"
"Not bad kid," the skeleton chuckled. I smiled. "What's your name?"
"I-I'm Frisk!" I stuttered. I my hand left my tail for a second. "What's yours?"
"I'm Sans, Sans the skeleton," Sans replied. I nodded and smiled, showing my "fangs."
"I don't think I've ever seen...WAIT!" Sans said, getting a good look at me. "You're a Neko right?"
"Y-Yeah...how did you get that so quickly?" I asked, surprised at his knowledge. Sans shrugged.
"Well, at first I thought it was a hoodie," Sans said, looking at my tail and ears, "but Alphys taught me a few things. You might want to avoid her."
"Noted," I nodded. My vision started getting blurry. I looked at my tail. It was bleeding up a storm. I tried keeping my smile, but even Sans knew that I was hurt.
"Frisk!" I heard Sans yell before the world turned dark. Before I completely blacked out, I could feel someone picking my up bridal style.

At least I'm not alone anymore.
