"Are you still awake?"
He whispered to her. The two were laying in their bed. Bare bodies pressed together, the moon light filling their room.
"Yeah. Are you?"
"Obviously you dork."
"I can't sleep."
"Me either."
"Can I ask you something?"
"Princesa, you should know by now that you can ask me anything."
"I know I can but still."
"Well ask away."
"Do you want a family?"
"Like, kids?"
"Yeah."
"I do want a family. But I want to make sure we are set financially and have a house before any of that."
"Well yeah. But you want kids?"
"Hell yeah I want kids. We would make the cutest damn kids."
"We would."
"No. We will."
"Someday."
"So. Do you want to practice making babies right now but not actually make one?"
"Oh my god. You're such a stupid head. But yeah. Might even help us sleep."
