HIM [A Miraculous Ladybug Fanfiction]

Prologue

I don't know how this happened, it just did. After that first night everything started going in full speed. Looking back, it feels like it all happened yesterday.

The night of the attack of anti ladybug Chat Noir visited my house to thank me for saving him. After that we became friends and he came over often. We eventually exchanged phone numbers, being careful to use apps with usernames so neither his nor my identity has any chance of being revealed, and talking to him every day became a natural part of my life.

I still thought about Adrien. I mean how could I not? He sits right in front of me in class plus well, he's Adrien. The kind, caring, amazing, funny, accepting, smart, handsome.... Ah.... Oh, sorry. Anyways he's been my crush since the day he gave me his umbrella. I could never get over him to matter how much I'm attracted to Chat Noir. He may be full of bad puns and fur balls but I realized pretty quickly how diffrent Chat can be when he isn't trying to impress or "mindlessly" flirt with Ladybug. He's pretty incredible, actually.

He may not be Adrien but he's not bad per say. I'm happy being friends with him but I am worried he'll discover me being Ladybug. Luckily though while Ladybug is smart, graceful, resourceful, clever, and a great super hero. Marionette is just.... Marionette. Nothing special at all. I'll always just be the normal clumsy, stupid, shy Marionette that messes things up more often then Chat Noir gets beaten in battle. I'm only useful with my Miraculous and Tiki.

But despite that he saw the good in me, not as much as his love but he said things to me that no one else has ever said before. He makes me happy. And I could never ask for a better 'friend'.
