ℜ𝔢𝔰𝔬𝔩𝔲𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫 ❥ Marco Diaz x Reader [𝑫𝑰𝑺𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑼𝑬𝑫]

After School

Marco's POV:

It was finally after school. I was eager to go home especially since (y/n) was coming over.

'Woah hold up, I'm excited to hang out with y/n? Oh no... Marco you just met the girl get a hold of yourself...'

 'But she's really cute though- Ugh Marco stop remember what happened with Jackie.'

Sadly,  when I actually got the nerve to ask out Jackie and get to know her, it turned out her personality wasn't the brightest. I was wasting my time on her for so long, I made sure that I wouldn't fall for someone to quickly. I needed to get to know them before just falling head over heels for them.

'Well... she seems nice but then again, anything is possible. Making sure never hurts.' As I was in my thoughts I began to hear something. Rather, someone. 

"Marco, Marco, earth to Marco! Hey buddy, you're dozing off on me" Star said.
"Oh, my bad..." I said. I was in my own trance so long that we were already home. (y/n) was gonna come soon.

After 10 minutes of arriving at my house I heard a knock at the door.

Your POV:

I knocked on the door and waited patiently while hoping I was at the right house. Then the door opened. It was Marco.
"H-Hey (y/n)." He said.
"Uh- hey Marco." 'wait am I stuttering?'
"Come in." Marco broke a very short but weird silence.

As I walked in I noticed Star on the couch digging through her back pack getting her homework. I then greeted and joined her. We did all the subjects of homework we had and all that was left was math. I get math, but I wasn't a master at it. Star didn't have any math homework since she had a different math period than me and Marco. He finished his really early.

"Ugh I don't get this at all! It's so confusing! How do you even!-"
"Here I can help," Marco cut off my heated ranting.
"oh- ok..." I replied.

Once he explained it to me I finally understood it and completed my homework.
"Ah, thank you so much Marco! I understand now! You're the best!!" I said while hugging him around the neck.

Marco's POV:

(y/n) was hugging me. I began to get really flustered. Thank god Star was in the kitchen since she's done with her work; or she'd make this really awkward. My face began to heat. I knew it was turning red. 'shoot it's getting to me'

I couldn't resist it. I was starting to like (y/n). Not only for her looks. But how kind, greatful, fun, and her adorable laugh. As she was thanking me and hugging me, she then let go. I really didn't want her to let go but it had to end.

"Marco you ok? Your like really red." (y/n) said.
'Shit'

 "Yeah I'm fine don't worry, just a little hot thats all..." I said.

"oh haha, alright." She giggled and nodded.

Star came in as me and (y/n) were packing up our stuff. That's when I realized it was friday!

"Hey (y/n), wanna stay the weekend?! Marco's parents are out of town." Star said.

"Wait Marco lives here, or, the is it other way around?" (y/n) asked.

"Ya know how I said I was from another diemension? well because of that I have to live with Marco here." Star said.
"oh, makes sense." (y/n) said as she began understanding.

"Well then yeah, sure i can stay the weekend let me just call my parents." (y/n) said.

...

"They said it's fine! But I have no clothes, just my  t-shirt and shorts for tomorrow that I have in my bag." (y/n) said.

"Well I only have one night gown for me to sleep in..." Star said. "Oh! Marco can give you a shirt to wear and i'll let you borrow one of my shorts I have!"

"Oh- well sure,  if Marco's fine with that." (y/n) said.

'I have to share a shirt with (y/n)? This isn't helping my dilemma right now universe...'

"Yeah sure I'm fine with that." I nodded.

'This is gonna be a long, but at least enjoyable weekend...'
