My unhealthy obsession with Marvel

As many Marvel / Avengers fangirls may understand or relate, one of the first things you say to a guy is
"So hello, my name's Kitty, Do you like the Avengers?"

Usually you'll get either a huff or "Yeah, I've seen it, what's it to you?"
But on the odd occasion you'll get a "Yeah, I've seen all the movies they're pretty cool," or "YES I'M SO PUMPED FOR THEIR NEXT MOVIE!!!" Or for a girl you get the "OMG YAS! LOKI IS MY BAE!"

Of course this makes me immediately take a liking to said person, I mean, when you're a socially incompetent fangirl that thinks the outside world has terrible gameplay but great graphics, you're gonna be excited to find your people.

But most of the people that talk to me in real life about Marvel, aren't as obsessed with Marvel as I am. I'm the girl that has read basically all Marvel reader insert books / stories on the Internet. I buy build a bears and dress them up in costumes to look like characters. I am legitimately researching ways to kidnap Tom Holland and finding out how Stockholm syndrome works... in case the police ask this doesn't exists.

For a fangirl it's hard to understand fully why people don't like Marvel movies (I swear if I get comments listing the things you hate about Marvel).

It seems that I can actually categorize which Avengers are hot, and the ones I think are father figures (*cough cough* Bucky Barnes love me *cough cough*).

If you can relate or think I'm completely insane, comment! Or do something, it's not like I'm part of the Avengers and X-Men or anything. And no I won't come after you and defy my agreement with SHIELD and the FBI...

Thanks for reading bye!
