Bella was seventeen in her last year
of high school, 5'7, lightskin, long
curly hair with a mature body for her
age. She was never a straight "A"
student even though she was more
than capable of it. Back in grammar
school she was a phenomenal student
intil her mom was killed.
Her mom was half Italian, half
black and her father is full African
-American. Her father was a huge
drug dealer until the day of his wife's
assassination. She was shot
execution-style in front of Bella,
when dirty cops raided the house.
They almost beat her father to death
and left him for dead with Bella tied
up.
Every since then she have been
lost and heartless. Since then she
have followed in her father's footsteps
becoming a drug dealer. She
promised herself she would find
her mother's killers one-day. She
walked down the school halls with
death in her eyes like always. On her
way the the library she saw her best
friend Mia.
Mia came from a different
background her mom was
a prostitute and her dad was on
crack. She grew up raising her two
little brothers. When she turned 13
she decided to start stripping to make
ends meet at home. She was always
a more developed girl, six years later
now looking like she is 29. Her
and Bella first clicked in Grammar
School after Mia was heard back
from the 7th grade.
Mia - What up bishhh
Bella - What up, why you not in english.
Mia - Bishhhh you know I hate english, I'm about to dip out and go pick up Diamond afternoon shift at the club.
Bella looked at her *rolling her eyes* in the top of her head.
Mia - Why you always act like that with her? She real cool!
Diamond is one of Mia's stripper friends. She is the one that put Mia on and showed her the ropes. Don't do "private" partys, don't get sloppy drunk at work and go home with guys.
Bella replied, I never liked her...it's something about her I don't like.
Mia - Well I knew her just as long as I knew you. Y'all both like sisters to Me and you should give her a chance!
Bella - Idc if she was your blood cousin, she give Me a bad feeling when I'm around her. SO LIKE I SAID I'M NOT FUCKING WITH HER PERIOD.
Mia - *rolled her eyes* and changed the subject...so I'm happy to see you in school making up work.
Bella - Yea, I do want to graduate. That is what my mom would of wanted.
Mia - Will you be walking across the stage?
Bella - Yes, wbu
Mia - *Yelled* NO, They Trying To Tell Me I'm Have To Do Summer School AND Half Of Next Year.
Bella - Damn, that's bullshit
Mia - Yeah, but I probably just get my GED since I'm about to be 20 in a couple of months.
Bella - agreed with Mia
Mia - But I gotta get to the club to start the shift I'll see you later on!
Mia never did understand how Bella
was able to always keep her grades at
least a C or better. Bella missed more
days of school than Mia but always
was passing. The two best friends
departed their ways, Maya leaving out
the front door and Bella going into the
Library.
