Removing echoes of doubt
Circling my mind

While the world's tears awash me away

Never letting me go

You were meant to be my safety net
Just as the wall I lean on
Shatters into small tiny pieces
You were meant to pick up the pieces

You were meant to be my safety net
Just as I entered a loophole of darkness
You were meant to eliminate this
Painting it with hope and happiness

You were meant to be my safety net
through rain and sunshine
But you let go too soon
