So I've been extremely mad lately. (this has also been on my mind lately)
Not naming any names here, but well... Someone literally ripped off the name of a video game character (the person only changed one letter of the last name) AND PEOPLE ARE FINE WITH THAT.
WHY?!?
Changing one letter of a character's last name doesn't make it original. It just makes it a ripoff.
But changing the last name entirely will most likely make it original (it depends on the name)
And you know what saddens me most...
When I realized that I got shot down for using the first name of a character... and this person only changed ONE GODDAMN LETTER OF THE LAST NAME AND KEPT THE FIRST NAME THE SAME and people are ok with that.
Someone explain why this is to me.
