You were my light,

You shined bright

I'm sorry for my disruption

But I loved you right

I still miss you

Months after

You won't ever leave my mind,

Since my birth,

You were there,

I can't do this on my own.

Your color conflicting coat

Looked perfect always to me

I loved your eyes,

Even if no one else could see.

They all laughed

I only loved.

If the other side exists,

I'll join you there,

One day.

You always seemed to smile

But only for me

They really did love you

Just as me

Your tail would wag

When I seemed to sag

I always see you still

If anyone will.

I really do miss you

I really do care.

Things seem out of place,

Without you there.
