Procedure 1 A plane mirror is fixed vertically on the line AB using some plasticine (Figure 1.16 (a)). 2 A fine light beam marked with an arrow is directed from the ray box onto the line (Figure 1.16 (b)). Two crosses are marked on the reflected beam to indicate its path. 3 The plane mirror is removed. The path of the reflected light is then drawn. 4 Steps 1 to 3 are repeated as shown in Figure 1.16 (c) and Figure 1.16 (d).
