Chapter 3

As I walked into school I checked around every corner just to make sure I wasn't caught. I reached the door of my classroom and I took a deep breath and walked in.

The whole class looked up from their work.

"Ehh... Sorry.. Sir I was just.. Em.. In the bathroom" I said quickly and gave him an innocent look.

"Miss jones why don't I believe you" he said with a blank face.

I like Mr. Wright but he has these weird mood swings that can get really annoying and when he is angry he gets Very angry!

"No I swear I was.. It was... A girl ehh.. Problem"

"Ohh okay well then sit down and get to work on the work sheet. We are learning about European history"

Phew that was close.. But embarrassing. I sat next to my friend Emily who was busy laughing to herself. I gave her a stern look And she gave me an apologetic smile. I love Emily with all my heart but she doesn't know when to be serious.

"Where the hell were you? I know it wasn't a 'girl problem' because you weren't even in school" she whispered.

"I know, I was running late and I had to park down the road and, oh god I bumped into Nathan Rivers an.."

"Wait! Nathan Rivers! Why were you talking to him for" she gave me a shocked look. Her mouth almost touching her desk it was open so wide.

''Eh... yeah i was... well we didn't talk for long, he offered me to  ditch with him but i rejected him and walked away''

''Wait, he offered you to ditch... ohhhhh he must have the hots for you Claire!!'' she squeaked

''He dose not have the 'hots' for me Emily, he just wanted to get me in more trouble.  Also he is a jerk who goes for sluts. I am not interested in him''

''Yeah you way too good for him anyway'' I smiled at her and decided to start to work on my worksheet.

When the bell rang i headed to algebra class, i hate algebra i can never understand it with all the X and Ys. i walked into class and walked towards my usual seat . I stoped when i saw someone sitting in it, but it wasn't just anyone it  was Nathan Rivers! Oh crap how did i forget he was in my class!

Nathan looked up  from his phone and smirked at me. Sh*t i was caught staring at  him.

'' You  done checking me out?'' his smirk grew bigger

''pffft i wasn't checking you out, your in my seat''

''You can sit on my lap if you want babe'' 

Boy was he cocky

''No thanks'' i gave him a stern look.  Then Mrs. Cotter came in ''Sit down class and get to work on page 143''

I sat in the seat  next to me and took out my algebra book. Through the corner of my eye i saw him  looking at me.

''What do you want Nathan?''  i whispered becoming annoyed.

''You'' he said with a smirk. I rolled my eyes at his flirting.

''Weren't you supposed to be ditching school, or did you get scared?''

''No, babe i just couldn't stay away from you'' he wiggled his eyebrows.

''Ughhh typical'''  I sighed. I turned away from him and stared my work.
