"What the fuck?" I said shocked.

"My stomach! It hurts!" he yelled, obviously in pain.

"Stay there. Don't move." I tried to sounding assuring.

"Shit, do I look like I can move?" he yelled again in pain.

I ran to the bathroom and looked through a medicine box. I found some pills that might help and took them back at Kurt.

"These might help for the moment." I tried to explain. "At least I hope so."

I helped him up and gave him a pill and a glass of water. He swallowed the pill and stayed like that for few hours, and talked a lot.

"Better?" I changed the subject.

He nodded and thanked me.

"Sorry, I forgot to take my medicine home."

"Where do you live?"

"With Krist and his wife, Shelli." he sighted.

I gasped. "You mean... you don't have your own house?"

He sadly nodded. "Can I sit a little on the bed please?"

I nodded and showed him the room.

I closed the door and went in the kitchen. I looked through the fridge and found some strawberry milk.

I took the milk and turned on the TV. I watched TV a few hours. It was almost afternoon.

I slowly knocked on the bedroom door. Kurt groaned and looked at me.

"Hey." he whispered

"Hi."

"Ooh what's that?" he asked pointing to my hand in which I was holding a glass of strawberry milk.

"It's strawberry milk."

"Got any left?"

I nodded and walked back in the kitchen and grabbed another glass and poured some milk in it.

I took it back to Kurt and stayed on the edge of the bed.

"Do you smoke?" he asked breaking the silence.

"I gave up smoking few months ago."

"Cool." he sighted. "Can you help me give up my drug addiction please? " he begged.

I nodded.

"I went to a bunch of doctors and they prescribed me a lot of pills but none of them worked and that's why I took heroin.  It helped me at the moment. A lot. But after that, I found a doctor who prescribed me something that would actually work. And I don't need heroin anymore. But I can't stop." he sobbed.

His eyes filled with tears and looked at me. "Please help me."

"I will help you." I answered and patted his back.

"Thanks. Can I- I... m-move in w-with you?" he stuttered.

"Sure."

His eyes widened. "Really?"

I smiled and nodded.

"Cool. I'll go to Krist and get my stuff and I'll come in tomorrow. And if you want, you can come with me. He plays bass guitar in the band."

I agreed and put on my converses and grabbed my purse.

"Lead the way." I demanded.

Kurt walked next to me. "This means a lot to me. Letting me move in... Helping me with my drug addiction. And by the way, you're very nice and by nice I mean beautiful and kind." he said with a shy smile.

I felt my cheeks getting red. "Thanks."

We walked few more minutes in silence and got to what I think is Krist's house.

Kurt pulled out of his left pocket a key and opened the door.

"Hey man!" a tall guy greeted him.

"Hey. This is Kate. Wilson." he introduced me. "Kate, this is Krist Novoselic."

"You're tall." I said laughing. "Really tall."

Krist laughed. "Yeah, I know. Come to meet my wife, Shelli."

I followed Krist to a larger room where was a woman staying on an armchair.

"Okay, you can stay here and talk with her. I will go pack up." Kurt mumbled.

I nodded and he left with Krist.

Kurt's POV

"You move in with her?" Krist asked while I was packing up my clothes.

"Yes."

"You like her, don't you?" he smirked

"Yes. How should I tell her this?"

"Just wait for the perfect ocasion. Like her birthday or Christmas..." he shrugged.

"Yeah but I'm afraid of her reaction..."

"You met her two days ago and she already lets you move in, dude."

Kate's POV

"Kurt, I am going home. See you tomorrow."

"Okay. See you tomorrow."

I picked up the phone and dialed Emma's number.

"Hey Emma. Wanna come over?" I asked as she picked up the phone.

"Sure. I'll be there in 10."

Soon I heard Emma knocking at the door.

"Hi. What's up? What happened?" she asked.

"You know when I came to the record shop on Friday, right? And I took those Nirvana CDs."

She nodded. "Go on...."

"That day I found a notebook at the entrance and took it home. And dialed the number I found on the first page. And after all guess who was the owner of the notebook. .." I said pointing to the TV where Smells like Teen spirit was playing. Again and again and again.

"No way!!" she gasped. "It can't be."

"Oh it can. And he will move in tomorrow."

"You mean.. you are going to live with Kurt Cobain?!" she widened her eyes a bit.

"Yes."

"Woah. That's cool. Can I meet him once?"

"I guess so." I shrugged.

The next day

I woke up because I had this feeling that I wasn't alone. I turned around and saw someone else in my bed.

I pulled down the blanket to reveal a sleepy Kurt in my bed.

"How the fuck did you get in my house?!" I almost screamed waking him up.

"You had the door unlocked." he grinned. "Now let me sleep."

"Have you brought in your stuff?" I ignored him.

"Yes. Let me sleep."

"Okay. Sleep five more minutes." I sighted.

"Thank you so much mom." he laughed and pulled up the blanket.
