Chapter Eleven:

Now we were again at the airport boarding the plane ready to go home, back to Sydney. I always thought that Adelaide was my home but after everything that's happened here, I don't want to look back. While we were walking on the aeroplane I receive a text, I hold my index finger up at Ethan telling him to wait a moment so he stops and waits. I pull my phone out only to be met with a message from Zane:
"Heard u went 2 Adelaide with Ethan, why him? Anyway, party at mine on Sat @ 7pm, come and have fun. And don't bring Ethan."
Just as I am about to reply another thought pops into my head; Jakob. I promised him I wouldn't text Zane but I really needed to respond.
So I did; "He's a friend and sure c u then"
I quickly put my phone back in my pocket and smile at Ethan in which he returns then turns back around to keep walking onto the aeroplane.

Even though we were basically best friends, we barely knew anything about each other so we were playing 20 Questions. "Favourite colour?"

Pondering for a little bit, I reply "Maybe yellow or blue. Favourite colour?"

"Definitely green" He responds chuckling a little bit. "Get it? Because your name is Skylar Green"

I burst out laughing for a minute then abruptly stop, while he looks at me with a confused expression. With a straight face, I answer "Not funny dude"

"Oh okay, sorry" He retorts sarcastically with a laugh. "Who was your first kiss?"

"Oh no way am I telling you that?" I yell catching others attention.

"And why not, Green? Was I your first kiss?" He laughs. When I don't answer, realisation spreads across his face, "I was your first kiss, wasn't I?"

I nod cautiously, "Yes, yes you were"

He tilts my head up using his index finger, "Then I'm honoured".

For the rest of the flight we just talked, talked about anything and everything just like what best friends do. We laughed, we made jokes and we gossiped making this ride a whole lot more fun.
