SYNOPSIS
With junior year beginning, 17-year-old Alex Stanley needs to start focusing his attention to college, standardized tests, and himself. Who is he, what does he want to do with the rest of his life, where will he go? He's still not sure, unfortunately.
Enter 17-year-old Charlotte Stevens. Due to her transfer from the Special Education class to AP and Honors courses, her and Alex had never encountered each other before. One would think she has the same goals as Alex or any other junior; college and the future. But Charlotte is fighting a cruel terminal illness. Doctors aren't sure when she'll move on, but she wanted a chance to be a high school student.
So when the two meet, neither one of them expected their lives to be so different and still be close.
This is the story of Alex and Charlotte; two lovers who face unfortunate events in life, yet still manage to go on.
