I went to the flower shop I saw you at the other day. You were not there, but I didn't expect you to be. Instead there was a pretty blonde lady with stars in her eyes and forget-me-nots in her hair behind the counter.

she smiled at me and asked me if I needed anything. I wanted to say I needed closure. I did not say that, I simply shook my head.

the bell on the door twinkled like Tinker Bell as the door opened. My head swiveled towards the door to scope out who it was.

you were here. You did not look at me, but I looked at you. I wanted you to make eye contact.

"Hi Josh," the pretty blonde lady said to you, "Are you here to get another rose for your girlfriend?"

that was all the closure I needed.
