She stood in blue.
He stood in black.
They were so similar.
Yet they never knew,
There was someone standing right beside them,
Going through everything,
They were.
They never knew.
Until this fateful day.
She danced alone in the corner of the room.
She intrigued him.
They seemed to fit perfectly.
When they danced. But that was later.
She intrigued him she was intrigued by him. He was reminded of the beautiful Cinderella. She was reminded by Prince Charming.
They never showed it they continued being alone.
At eleven they talked who came up to who we will never know.
They talked until they were slowly dancing the beat of the song in each other's arms.
The continued talking and realised in this world they were not alone.
They were never alone.
Until midnight
When she ran.
Her curfew came too early.
Maybe if they talked for a few minutes more.
He would be able to follow her.
But he couldn't.
