Just a prompt I came up with while playing the game...

Cait

Cait never seemed to care much for the beauty of a blood-red sky as the sun set on the horizon. Her mind was focused on the road ahead, as always. Though she always seemed to notice you'd slow at that time, and that your eyes would glaze over as your mind returned you to a place you once were, on hilltops with the love of your life, watching warm sunsets on summer days. She never uttered a word of complaint, as she usually would, she simply slowed down with you.

Curie

Curie was just as fascinated by the sun as you were, though for different reasons. While you spent your time reminiscing, Curie would continue to ramble to you about the scientific marvels of such an event. You appreciated the thought, but mostly you just didn't seem to listen.

Deacon

Whenever the sun would begin to set, Deacon would notice you gaze out into the distance, sometimes your memories bringing the smallest of smiles to your face. As sarcastic and strange as Deacon could act sometimes, there was nothing he seemed to appreciate more than good company and the beauty of a natural occurrence such as a sunset. He always sat with you to watch the stars come out, and you two would talk into the night.

Hancock

Sunset was Hancock's favorite time of day. He despised the sun. Whether that was something about being a ghoul or just because all the chems made him overly sensitive to the light, you didn't know, but as the two of you sat and watched the fiery mass fade into darkness, you could always hear the subtle puff of a jet canister as Hancock started his night.

Piper

Piper seemed to just read to you, no matter what was happening. Every time she would catch you miss a step as you lost yourself in thought, and every time you averted your gaze because that beautiful scene before you was just too painful to watch, she would stop you and just sit by you until the night was well into its hours. Piper always managed to avoid her habitual interrogation whenever something was wrong, and you appreciated that more than she could know. Instead of the questions, she simply offered soothing words and distracting jokes, and you even got a laugh out of some of the stories she had to tell about her research for her paper. Sunsets with Piper were the closest thing to what you once had, and it brought a great deal of comfort.
