Harley's POV
"Time for school, brats!" Ms. Cas, the head worker of Fairwell Orphanage screamed. She was the most horrible person here. Everyone, including me, is scared of her. I don't talk to anyone here, I've only said a few words to some girls in my dorm for the whole twelve years I've been living here. My only friend was Melissa Hopner, one of six assistants here at the orphanage. She is eighteen and is always there when I need her, and she comforts me when Ms. Cas gets crazy. She even sneaks me some extra snacks!
We're supposed to call her Ms. Hopner, but since we're almost like sisters, she lets me call her by her first name, Melissa.
I frowned when I had to get up.
