Chapter 1: The Nerd

CHANDRIA'S POV:

Naglalakad ako papunta sa grocery store dala-dala ang disposable bag para mapaglalagyan ko ng mga pinangbibili ko.

Chandria Bryzz Monteron ang buong pangalan ko, isang tipikal na taong babae na may suot-suot ng makapal na glasses para makakita ako. May kapangyarihan akong apoy, tubig, hangin, at lupa o bato, hindi ko alam kung bakit, but I have all the elements. Hindi ko naman talaga malalaman because I am adopted. My parents are normal human beings who lives in this world full of magics.

Though, they are humans, I owe them a lot. They gave me life, another life that I can treasure right now. They gave me the chance I can literally enjoy. According to them, they saw me outside of their doorstep during the war between the dark and light rebels.

Nakarating ako sa grocery store at ngiti ng mga salesmen ang bumungad sa akin. Napangiti naman ako nang hindi ko namamalayan.

Nagsimula na akong pumili sa mga kakainin at kakailanganin ko. May budget ata ako ngayon, being poor and experiencing poverty is not easy. Maraming restrictions at limitations sa dapat mong bibilhin, which is mahirap considering how expensive the products are right now.

Pagkatapos kong bumili, binayaran ko na ito. Papauwi na sana ako nang may tatlong mga lalaki ang humarang sa dinaanan ko. Seriously?

"Hi, miss." I heard the man greeted me with that sly smile he had on his face. I was starting to get really uneasy. That smile is not something every woman should trust. I fidgted for a second due to the pressure of his presence but I decided to ignore them and started walking away.

I thought I could walk away unharm and safe but unfortunately, these people ain't complying. One man pull me towards them and I started to panic. I definitely know that something bad is gonna happen to me.

"Hey! Let go of me!" Sigaw ko at tsaka pilit na kumawala sa hawak ng lalaki. Mukhang malakas ang kumag. Nahihirapan akong kumawala kaya lahat ng mga pinagbibili ko natapon lahat sa lupa. No! Damn it, wala na akong ibang pangbili!

"That's your punishment for walking away from us." Sabi ng lalaki. Hindi ko alam kung saan ko nakuha ang kakayahan na magparolyo ng mata. That cliche line ain't giving me off slack.

"I don't really give a damn." I murmured. I don't know but for a second there he paused and continued walking, pulling me away from the grocery store. Damn, did I say that aloud? That was supposed to be in my mind. Geez, minsan talaga ang sarap palitan ng bibig ko ng bibig ng isang pepe alam niyo?

Nagulat ata silang tatlo sa sinabi ko since kinaladkad nila ako sa pinakaliblib na parte ng lugar na ito.

These men were smirking while they pushed me hard, kaya nameet ng pwet ko iyong matigas na lupa. I tried getting away from them, even though I feel pain all over my half body, I persisted to get away from them. I know it's almost futile to resist.

I am already panicking when I saw their expression, sly and perverted. I know the odds is not with me right now but maybe I can still use what I have in me.

"You're awesome! I wanted to taste you." When he said those words, the word die slip through. I was tempted but decided against it. I'm not as brutal and disgusting as them.

"Get away from me!" I shouted. I almost stuttered but I was able not to. I will not give them the satisfaction of seeing me despair in front of them. I tried to calm myself and fortunately, I was able to do. I took an unnoticeable sigh and looked at them.

My instincts are telling that the guy in black shirt have the power Earth Element. On the other hand, the guy in blue shirt obviously have the power of Water Element, and the usual physical appearance of a Water Manipulator is their pale skin. While the guy in red shirt obviously manipulates the Fire Element. He is hot-tempered and is visibly exuding the aura of heat.
