Your POV
I woke up on the shoulders of someone, that someone being the camera-faced man that saved me earlier.
"Uuuugghh... Where the hell are we?" I ask groggily, lifting my head.
"Adam, she's awake!" camera-face says. The half-ghoul, whom I presume was Adam, ran over to me as his friend set me down. My feet touched the ground and I steadied myself, I felt like I haven't walked for years.
"Sorry for the surprise. I'm Cory, this is Adam." the man says, motioning towards the deformed half-ghoul.
"Y/N, Y/N L/N." I tell them, shaking their hands. Adam has a shocked look on his face, and Cory just looks at his friend, confused.
"Wait a minute, you mean Y/N L/N the famous bounty hunter. The one known to be able to find absolutely anyone." Adam says, his mouth gaping open.
"Shut your mouth, you'll catch flies. But yes, that is me." I reply, shrugging my shoulders. Cory just let out a chuckle.
"Y-you're not after us, are you?" he asks, slowly pulling out his shotgun.
"Well I could be, considering your high bounty on all those wanted posters. But no, I'm not." I answer him. He puts the gun away.
"Never heard of me?" I ask Cory. He shakes his head.
"Good," I sigh,"Because you'd be running already if you did." After our little introduction, the boys told me about their dog friend, Uni, who had run off. So we sort of just went looking for him.
~~~
We ran up a hill, overlooking a partially robotic dog being attacked by the Yowgui. They started shooting at the creatures; they were actually pretty good shots. I took my RPG gun that was slung over my back and shot the one coming right towards Cory, in the forehead! He looked at me.
   "Thanks." he gave a smile, causing me to blush a little.
"Thanks for saving me guys, but I could've taken 'em on my own." 'Uni' says. Wh—the dog can talk? What have people been cooking up in their labs these days?
"Yeah, yeah, sure you could've." Cory replies, rolling his 'camera lense' (Idk)? I giggle a little.
"Who's the hot good-shot girl over here?" Uni motions his head towards me. Adam just facepalms.
"I'm pretty sure that my name isn't 'hot good-shot girl', it's
Y/N." I put a hand on my hip. Adam's and Cory's mouths are agape.
"What, am I speaking a different language or something?" I raise an eyebrow. Cory brakes out of his trance, shaking his head.
"No, it's just—Nobody besides me and Adam can understand Uni." he explains, scratching the back of his head. My eyes widen.
"Please don't think of us as frea—" I cut Adam off.
"That. Is. So. Cool!" I squeal. Cory chuckles.
"Someone's excited." he says.
"Well I'm just glad I'm not the only one! I used to be able to talk to my wolf, before...... He died." I sigh.
"Wow, talk about mood swings." Cory jokes, trying to lighten up the mood. I look at him.
"Seriously man?" I laugh, giving him a 'wtf' look. Jokes aside, we got into a conversation about Uni's old owner, thinking that when he was experimented on, they planted the coordinates in his head. The ones that caused Cory to find me... And Adam! And Adam...
We continued our hike, following Uni to where his code wanted him to go. He led us to a gigantic hole, near an abandoned camper (vehicle/home). After a discussion about what it could be, someone called in on their radio.
Adam tried to turn it on, but was failing miserably.
"Give me that," I grumble. I'm going to assume no one has experience with things like this. I push a button on the radio.
"'Ello?" I say.
"Who are you?" this 'Max' asks me.
"I'm Cinderella's fairy godmother over in Lalaland. Why, are you the muffin man?" I say sarcastically, hearing the boys try to stifle their laughs.
"Okay, stop messing with me lady. Who are you, and where is Cory and Adam?" he asks sternly.
"Right here," they answer from behind me. Cory comes up and leans over me, making me blush at how close he is.
   "First off, where the hell did you guys go?!" Max shouts, making me pull the radio away from myself.
   "Uni ran off to somewhere, and we had to chase after him. H-he's a great friend of ours, a-and I'm not sure what we'd do without him." Adam says into the device.
   "'Kay. Second, who the hell is the lady?" Max yells.
   "One, tone it down! And two, I go by the name: Y/N L/N." I tell him sternly. He was quiet for a few seconds.
   "It's nice to know the others seem to outdo me every time." he says finally, causing me to giggle. C'mon Y/N, stay professional.
   "But seriously, where are you guys?" Max asks.
   "We're at some sort of gigantic hole. I'm not sure what it is." Cory replies.
   "Oh my god. You actually found it. You guys just did something that took me months." he exclaims.
   "Thank Uni." I say. Uni looks at me, a bright look on his face.
   "Well, you guys go check that out while I come find you." Max orders.
   "Alright, Adam out." Adam says. I return the radio to him.
   "Well, I don't think we should jump right in. Maybe we can find some rope in the camper." Cory tells us. We nod, and go to loot the abandoned place.
~~~
   I was the last one to climb down the rope. Unfortunately, I'm more of a hiker girl, climbing isn't my best skill. So when there was only a couple of feet left under me, I misplaced my foot and fell—
   Right into Cory's arms. I gave an uncomfortable laugh and thanked him as he put me down. We walked over to an opening, it was leading to an open area, it looked like a base.
   "Who wants to go in f—" I cut Cory off.
   "GERONIMO!!" I yell happily, jumping down through the cracked open trapdoor. I was followed by Uni, then Adam, and finally Cory. We all took out our guns; I had my finest AK-47 out.
   "You're a real adventurer," I hear Cory mumble.
   "At lead it got me somewhere." I say, wittily. Adam let's out a chuckle, and Cory just gave me a 'seriously' face. We look around for a while.
   "Guys? I don't have a good feeling about this place." I say uneasily. This base was giving me the heeby-jeebies. All this good loot, conveniently placed in front of our eyes!
   "Yeah, guys? I think we just lead ourselves into a trap." Adam tells them.
   "Nobody's around, they probably left this place." Uni says. I shake my head.
   "Is your dog always this naive?" I ask Cory.
   "Yep," he sighs,"But seriously, we just lead ourselves right into a hole."
   "And this looks like a helipad, recently used too." I inform the boys. All of a sudden, a bunch of gunman, all wearing identical looking suits, running towards us, pistols in hand. We were out-gunned.
   "Welp, we're screwed." I say, putting my gun away. This wasn't going to turn out good.
