what if?

Chapter 3:

I woke up early the next day to see nobody else awake, I slowly got off the floor and went to the other side to quietly wake Jamie up. Once she woke up I signalled her to follow me.
I got two big thick bold sharpies out of my room and gave one to her. She must've read my mind because She Ass smiling evilly.
We went downstairs and went off to work, Jamie had Lucas and Jack I think his name is, and I have Josh and Jacob.
Once we were done we ran back up to our rooms, got changed, got our bags and left. Since it was early we went to maccas to eat.
I got a Bacon n egg mcmuffin w/ a choc thickShake and Jamie got the same. We were finished in about 5 mins.
We get into the car and I roar the engine.
"Don't spill it in the car please. Oh and break the part were the straw is, it will help" I say to Jamie, as I take a sip of my drink and zooming off.
Once we are at school I got out and shut the door and we started walking up the steps when we heard another roar of an engine, and another. We turn around and look to see our brother and his friends getting out of their cars.
All the girls were fixing their shirts to make sure their is more cleavage and pulled the skirt higher. We rolled our eyes at them. When the boys started walking towards up, I grabbed Jamie's hand and blew them a kiss,quickly turning around, Jamie and I ran down the hall as fast as we could.when I thought we were safe I told Jamie to jump up onto the lockers. And she did, I jumped up on the other side.
"Which way do you think they went?" Josh said
"Well I would think they wouldn't be far, they would have a plan and they are actually really close" Lucas says
I laughed and they turn around.
They found me and I signalled Jamie to run.
"Hello" I say calmly
I jumped down from the lockers "how are yous" I tap my foot on the ground "well...." And I zoomed off down the hall.
I started laughing hysterically so I slowed down. I hid behind a locker door telling them not to shut it. I look up to see 5 mins till the bell. Well then.
After I saw them walk past I said a thanks to that person and tiptoed to Lucas. I jumped on his back and laughed. He nearly stumbled but luckily he got balance.
I hear the bell go and make him walk to my class "this is my stop" I say and I jump down from Lucas, kissing his cheek and walking off laughing. I get into class and sit at the back. Stupid Maths.
After maths I was walking down the hall when I felt an arm touch me. I turn around to see Jamie with a black eye.
"Hey Jamie what happened to your face?" I say sweetly through gritted teeth.
When I spoke sweetly through gritted teeth she knew someone was gonna die.
"A girl is after you, her name is Casey? I think, she just punched me for not telling where you are" she said annoyed
"Come on let's get you patched up, we walked to the lunchroom and since their is another period before everyone has lunch, we decided to skip it so I can help her.
Once I helped her, we walked to my locker and I got my wallet, we drove out of school and to KFC.
I got a Zinger burger and some chips, Jamie got chips and a Zinger Bacon and Cheese burger. Don't judge us we love spicy. I got Lucas a Double crunch burger and some chips, and I got 3 large chips. That's hard to explain, lets replay the convo.
"Welcome to KFC please place your order"
"Hello, can we get 6 chips with extra seasoning, a zinger burger, singer Bacon and cheese and a double crunch please"
"Uh sure, that is $67.56,
"No it's not. You obviously don't know how to maths or don't know how to use a register. The total is far from it" I shout
"S-sorry Ma'am but it is"
"I'm paying $45 and if you try to stop me I will reach into this speaker box and rip your hair out" I say calmly
"I-I-I am so sorry"
"It's ok love"
And that's how it went. The total was actually $21.60" anyway, we went straight to the servo (7-11) and got some drinks because they're cheaper here. I got 2 mountain Dews (mine and Jamie's) And 4 Pepsi's for the boys, I also got 2 sprites just in case someone doesn't want Pepsi.
Anyway we got back to school to see the time is 11:10am how convenient, we show up here 5mins before the bell.
Ok ok, so we get out of the car and I carry the food to my locker and Jamie carries the drinks (which are in a Bag)
I sent a text to Lucas
Jayden- sitting in the corner eating KFC, come if you wish.
Lucas- what about my friends
Jayden- I got 3 extra chips if they want it
Lucas- okay see ya soon
Jayden- cya
We made out way to the lunchroom and sat at the corner. Jamie got hers and my drink out, and put the rest to the side.
We waited for Lucas.
As the bell rang we saw people starting to pack the Lunchroom.
A minute later we saw Lucas run in and sit next to us.
I handed out the meals, then the 3 boys showed up and looked at the food, I gave them their chips and they were satisfied. Jamie handed them their drinks
"We didn't know which drinks you liked so we got 2 extra sprites in case" Jamie said
"Can I have a Sprite then please" Jack (I think) says
"Yeah, here" she says handing it to him, they did like a secret switch 😂
"Thanks" he says
After we all finish eating, Jamie and I go back to our lockers. Our lockers are right next to each other.
This day has been a good day. Until I get a tap on my shoulder. I turn around and see a girl in a mini skirt, small crop top that is defiantly too small for her, her face is caked with make up.
"Hey" I say
"What's your name?" She asks
"Who are you?" I ask
"How do you not know who I am. My name is Casey, Casey Lovelet" she says
"More like Loveless" I mumble "so what brings you to this place" I say
"Uh it's school, I don't want anyone taking my spot"
"I don't think anyone could stoop to your level" I say calmly
"What's that suppose to mean" she says
"Wow, yup nobody will go to where you sit on the chart" I say and turn around
I get a high five from Jamie
"Hey JAMIE" she says roughly
"Casey" Jamie says
I motion to her eye and she nods a little. I turn around and come face to face with Casey.
"So I heard you were looking for me this morning" I say sweetly through gritted teeth
"Yeah are you Jayde"
"That's a nickname but I don't like it"
"Then what's your real name?"
"Just call me Jay"
"Okay Jay-de" she says the d quietly
I smile sweetly at her
Out the corner of my eye I see Jamie texting someone, I think it's Lucas
"One sec" I turn around and see who's she texting. I turn back around and see Casey looking annoyed
I see Lucas and the boys in the hallway watching.
"So what did you want?" I ask in my sweet tone through gritted teeth
Lucas' eyes widened.
"I needed to tell you something"
"I'll listen if you tell me why you punched my best friend in the eye."
"Well she wouldn't tell me where you were"
"So, that's personal, you don't ever, and I mean EVER punch her or even slightly touch her." I say in my lets call it a special tone (sweetly through gritted teeth tone)
"Well, I found you and now I can tell you this." She says and I waited for her to go on "don't ever touch Lucas Hart, he's mine, not yours so don't touch him and don't look at him. Don't even breath the same air as him" she says angrily
I burst out laughing
"Did you say that to her to?" I say pointing to Jamie
"Yeah, why wouldn't I, yous 2 obviously don't know that I'm the queen and yous" she was cut off by the bell, I picked my bag up and held Jamie's hand.
"And yous are just the worthless trash nobody likes"
"This has happened before. Oh and when I said 'nobody could stoop to your level, it meant that nobody is that low and stupid enough to take your spot" I say sweetly then walk off
I heard fast footsteps come from behind me, and I let go of Jamie's hand. And in the corner of my eye I saw that Casey chick running towards me, since the bell went their were some people around watching, I moved Jamie out of the way and turned around grabbing Caseys fist fast
I looked at her and said "do you know that no matter how much you try, JayJay and I will always be hanging around Lucas"
"No yous won't, you can't"
"Well last time I checked I can sit in his room, I can eat the food at his house and I'm welcomed into his home" I say and pulling her around and pushing her hand back behind her back. I push her and start to walk away with Jamie
"Who are you?" She asks
I look over my shoulder. I've always wanted to do an awesome exit.
"I'm Jayden Hart" I say and walk away, you could hear her gasp from miles away, then you heard the people gasps lightly and the whispers.
When we stopped I high fived Jamie she said it was awesome what I did.
Anyway we went to our class, and before we know it, it's time to go home.
As I'm walking out of the school,
I hear a BANG, I look down to see.....
