Storm's POV:

"Awoooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!" My head snaps to the blood-curdling howl. I jump from my perch in a tree and take off sprinting as soon as my feet touch the earth. I roll my eyes, sighing, well done Storm, you leave your brother to do a simple task, and he's already gotten himself in sh*t. I soon arrive to a clearing covered in blood and an overpowering stench. Rogues.

They were so preoccupied by my brother, they didn't even notice a vampire amongst them, armed with two silver daggers. Suddenly, with my sensitive ears, I hear a distant running of the Red Crescent Moon pack warriors. I turn towards my brother, who has shifted back to a human and is shooting off silver arrows like fire bullets. We lock eyes, he gives me a, your-really-just-going-to-stand-there,-watch-me-and-do-nothing  face. I smirk at this, and with one swift manoeuvre, I sprint under my brothers aimed bow, and decapitate a mutts head with one slice of my dagger. Any closer and Shadow would've been bit.

"You're getting sloppy little brother, I can't always be here to save your sorry ass" I smirk up at him, he growls, his eyes turning black and stabs a rogue swiftly with an arrow, by his hand. I smile. Even though he's a head and shoulders length taller than me, I still see him as my little sibling. We both go back to back, and I feel his burning skin comforting against my stone cold body. I close my eyes and take a deep breath, relaxing my body. I sense three rogues coming at me from both sides and the front, I wait until the last millisecond before quickly ducking down. Hearing the colossal sounds of those stupid dog's death, I continue killing my way through the sea of rogues.

"How long do you think, until the warriors get here?" Shadow asks in a deep voice, I glance over at him, he's ran out of arrows and has now extended his bow into a two-edge, silver bladed, sword.

"2 minutes...tops" I utter, he nods, finishing the last of the mutts on his side. I side kick the last rogue's head and piece his skin, with my two daggers in his shoulders. The rogue howls in pain, snapping his jaw up at me.

"Shift" I command. I sit across his torso, leg on either side of his body. The rogue's red eyes look up at me and a deep growl immerses from his chest.

"Shift" I command again. The rogue doesn't budge and tries, key word, TRIES to kick me off of him.

"Your funeral" I say under my breath. I grip the daggers, and press down on top of the hilts, using my thumb. A bright blue-purple liquid of wolfsbane, drains from each dagger and plunges into the rogue. The mutts eyes glow a darker shade of red and the sounds of the mutt howling in pain, echoes through the still forest.

I listen to the running of the packs warriors slow down, buying us time. The Howling soon turns into screams, as the wolfsbane weakens the rogue to a human. Underneath me now lies a hairy and dirty man, with deep wounds on each shoulder and a growing bruise on the left side of his head, from where I kicked him earlier on.

"Who sent you here?" No response.

"Who is your leader?" No response.

"Why do you want to kill the Red Crescent Pack?" I growl out getting annoyed. My eyes turn black. Shadow puts his hand on my arm, trying to soothe me.

"B-B-Because our leader sent-s-sent us" the rogue choked out.

"Yes, and who is you leader, may I ask?" My voice came out forced and pissed off, I was trying to be polite, but in my case, I don't do that very well.

" Al-Alp-Alpha Q-Q-Qu-Qui..."

"Alpha Quint" I spit out bluntly, not amused. The rogue slightly nods his head, his life rapidly decreasing. I hiss, in frustration and pull out my daggers, making the filthy animal whimper in pain. I get up and look around at the bloody corpses.

"You know Storm, you could of just commanded him by using your creepy, royal, voice thing. He almost died after that dosage, even before you could get any answers out of him." Shadow reasons. I turn towards him, placing my daggers in my thigh straps.

"I know...but where's the fun in that?" I chuckle darkly, Shadow just rolls his eyes and laughs, his eight pack tencing as he does.

I place a black mask with paintings of a storm across my face. A lightning bolt scars the right hand side of the mask, going through the eye. Many have witnessed me in this mask, but only a few (the ones I don't kill) have seen my actual face. I sweep my long black hair in front of me like two silk curtains. I look towards Shadow.

"Shift, there almost here" I order, my eyes stare back into the forest. He has retrieved all of his arrows and strapped his bow and quiver onto his back. For some unknown reason, when my brother shifts, he doesn't shred any of his clothing or weapons, Which comes in handy a lot. He does have a strong alpha blood in him, but we've never come across an alpha that can shift like Shadow. My nose twitches, I can smell that the pack is less than 200m away. I go to stand in the middle of the lifeless dogs, and see Shadow's big, black, wolf come stand beside me. His scars are in plain sight and I trace a pale finger, over one of them along his back. Shadow shivers and growls at me in annoyance.

"Are you ready?" I whisper, so that only he can hear me, through the mask. He takes a battle stance, signalling that he is. I chuckle at this.

"There not our enemies.........yet."
