Signe stared out the window of the lodge. It was snowing heavily, white flakes dusting wildly over the ground. Jack and Phil were passed out drunk on the kitchen counter, bottles of liquor scattered around them. It was obvious they went overboard. Signe shook he brother, but Jack made no sign of responding. He was out cold.
Signe sighed. She glanced out the window at the cold winter's night. She felt a shiver run through her, but she wasn't sure why. Something bad was going to happen.

Mark stomped through the house, glancing around. Everyone else was all gone, and he knew why. This was much too cruel.
Meanwhile, Felix and Marzia were supposedly alone in a bedroom. Marzia nervously started unbuttoning her shirt. This brought squeals to a few of the hiding people, and she stopped, looking terrified. Slowly, everyone else revealed themselves. Ken. Shane. Dan. Cry, holding a camera. Filming the whole thing.
Marzia made a gasp of shame and betrayal, and Felix looked guilty. Maybe because he still wanted to get laid, maybe because he actually cared. Who knows.
Mark stormed into the bedroom, but he was too late.
"Marzia!" She burst out of the room, running away from the group. The rest of them followed her, but they stopped when she dashed outside. Nobody wanted to follow her.
"It was just a prank, Mars!" Shane called out, looking irritated. Mark glared at him.
"This was going too far." He said angrily. Shane rolled his eyes.

Hearing the noises by the front door, Signe decided to wake Jack.
"Hey! Jaaaaack!" She shook him, but he was out cold.
"Ugh, goddamnit." Signe muttered, going by herself to rejoin with everybody else.
"Hey! What happened?" She called out to the group.
"...where's Marzia?"
"She ran out there." Shane said bluntly, pointing out into the snow.
"You guys...you guys are jerks. Going so far with your stupid pranks... I'm going to find my sister." Signe glared at them, running out into the snow.
------------------------------------------------------
"MARZIA! MARZIA!" She called out, shivering. "I'm cold." She whimpered, coming across two paths. One looked safe, but the other looked quicker. Biting her lip, she chose the safer way. She'd be no help to Marzia if she was dead.
After following the safer path, she continued walking on, until she heard a noise. Raising her eyebrow, she looked around. At her feet were a trail of footprints, but to her left was the source of the noise, most likely.
She decided to go with the footprints. She didn't want to end up tracking a deer or something. Then, she saw her.
"MARZIA!" Signe cried, running over to her crying sister.
"Oh, no, all you're wearing is a tank...here, here, take my coat." Signe said hurriedly. Marzia sniffled, slipping quietly into the coat.
"Come on, we should go b-" they heard a noise. Something strange. They looked in that direction in fear, before they bolted.
Running, running, running, until they reached a cliff face.
"Oh, no..." Signe whispered, pushing Marzia behind her, keeping her away from whatever that thing was. She tugged too far, and they both fell. Signe was left dangling on the cliff's edge with one hand, Marzia's hand intertwined with the other.
She couldn't see it, but there was a figure moving towards the monster. She saw a blaze of fire over her head, and heard terrible screeching. Then a large man, his face covered, a flamethrower in his hands, stomped towards them.
They fell before he could grab onto them.

I was sitting down. In an office. There was elegant classical music playing quietly in the room. I was with a...psychiatrist? Psychologist? One of those fancy names. My doctor was a man named Bob Muyskens.
"Now, I'm here to help you, to talk you through this game you are playing. In order to do this properly, I would like to ask you a question." Bob held out a card to me. It was a calm picture of a scarecrow in a field, and a house in the background.
But something felt...wrong about it. It scared me, made me feel uneasy.
"How does this make you feel?" Immediately, I answered 'uneasy'.
"I see. And what about this picture makes you feel uneasy?"
I stared at the photo until I found it. The source. The center. The entirety of this feeling. The scarecrow.
I pointed at it. Dr. Muyskens nodded.
"I see. If that scarecrow was not there, would you still feel uneasy?"
I shook my head.
"Tell me, do you have a fear of the supernatural?"
I thought about it. Supernatural? If things like those existed, I'd be terrified. But they didn't...I went with my first feeling and nodded. Dr. Muyskens looked thoughtful.
"Oh. I guess that's all the time we have for today. I look forward to seeing you again soon." With that, Dr. Muyskens stood up and stood looking out the window, sipping quietly at a cup of tea.

One year has passed since the death of the Washington twins. Jack has invited everyone back to a party at his lodge. The one they'd stayed at last year. Everyone has accepted, and everyone is coming.
They're probably going to regret that decision.
